Be careful when you shop your car from here, the label on the car and their website is not necessary correct all the time. I ended up paying for higher price for my car because the car is advertised and labeled incorrectly. And they will blaming you for not verifying it. 1) Check the VIN number before your purchase anything from this branch. 2) Do not sign the disclosure until you verified the all the listed feature and car model is labeled correctly. 3) Overall, if I need to do all the above work, I might as well just purchase it from craigslist...

It is a great place to buy a used car under KBB price. I kept mine for >2 years after purchase, and did not have any mechanical problem, so it looks like that just because it was a rental car, does not mean it is less reliable. They also stand behind their cars, I was able to go back weeks after my purchase to fix small issues. They ley you test drive as many cars as you wish, alone, and the prices are fixed, no haggling. Highly recommended!

Took the time to offer water. Less pressure to sell than other car dealers around which is great. Experience vary depending of who you talk. Not much for kid to wait. Price are normal, cars have a lot of miles and more scratches than most other dealerships. Still a nice place to get a car overall. From what I see, most car come with a 12000 miles and 1 year. Also, they fixed most scratches after talking to them.

Great service from Bill! I bought a car :) Check their website prior to going, email the dealership letting them know which cars you want to test drive and theyll have them available for you. If you dont email ahead of time, you have to wait while they transport them to the dealership. Great place to buy a new-ish car, with maintenance records, excellent extended warranty options, and no pressure sales.

I will not recommend this store. Manager is so rude and when my car has a problem( some parts broke itself, even I didnt make an accident) . They dont do anything for me. Manager said" You bought the car, now its your car. Just talk to factory by yourself." He seems angry and annoyed me. Even they didnt say sorry. Please avoid this store to buy a car. Craigslist is much better than this dealer shop.

The sales person kept showing me cars I wasnt interested in. He did not seem to want to bother with the cars that I was asking about. Then I was ignored for over an hour while I was looking at the vehicles, so I finally just gave up and left. I wanted to buy a car but they didnt seem to want to sell one. Another thing is that most the cars smelled like ashtrays and were not very clean,

Couldnt have asked for anyone better to have helped me! Sal Montejo was very helpful if anyone is considering in buying a vehicle from hertz I would highly recommend him! Theres a hertz in my area and even then Im glad I traveled for him to help me, so that alone speaks a lot about him and how helpful he has been!

Low-pressure, transparent sales. You wont get a crazy deal here and you cant haggle down, but the prices are generally fair for a well-maintained former rental car. I got a 2015 Yaris that has run beautifully for 7 months now with zero issues.
