My son and I went into Import Auto World in Hayward today to look at a 2000 Green Ford Mustang. I asked the sale person for the keys to take a look at the car. He opened the car and started it up. I then asked what Import Auto World was asking for the car. He told me $8999. I said for a 2000 Mustang.... Blue book for this car with 124000 miles is $3800. I had just looked the car up on my IPhone. The sales person told well "go get it for that price" He then grabbed the keys out of the car and started to walk away. I asked if the Manager was in. He said no he is off today. I didnt get the sales person’s name but he made Import Auto World look like the worst Dealership in the Bay Area. Never in my life have I been treated like this and I am a African American male raised in Texas. So I got to my credit union and looked up the car and they are asking $6999 online. I ended up seeing a 2002 Mustang across the street and at $6999 with less mile and am getting the check to pay for it now. Im sure the owner of this Dealership does not support this type of behavior but when the cat is away the mice will play.....

After shopping at a few of the other dealerships in hayward and downtown oakland, I drove down Mission again and spotted a very nice looking Expedition for sale at Import Auto World.(I was in the market for a 7 passenger SUV). After all of the hassle and pressure tactics I had encountered at the other places I had been these guys were great and gave me a great deal on a very nice SUV, which was very close to exactly what I was looking for. They also helped me with the financing and got me a very good payment that I was comfortable with although my credit currently isnt the greatest. They were also very nice and didnt use alot of the high pressure moves I experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend them- they also have a very nice selection of cars!

I went in to buy a bmw truck I bought a x5 2005 bmw and it was ok till like a week later the engine light came on then I went back to tell them about the problem and they act like they knew what they were doing but clearly didnt know to much because I bought the car at 96,000 miles but the manager told me theres no warranty in the state of California but when youre below 100,000 miles it should already come with a warranty they dont fix anything nor good service my truck started to break down one by one now my transmission is out, suspension is out, door doesnt work, battery died twice, radio went out, ignition went out, abs light on, brake light on I tell people not to go there for a car I been regarding it ever since.

I have bought 2 cars from Ali and I would recommend there business to anyone!! He treated me like family always worked with me since day one. If there was ever a problem Ali or his wife will make sure your satisfied. My A/C needed to be fixed, I brought it down and they fixed it right on the spot! I really appreciate every thing they have done for me. Best car buying experience as far.

Just bought a 2004 Mini Cooper from these guys. Theyre super nice and made the buying process easy. They let me check out the car for as long as I wanted then go for a test drive. The only thing was that they do NOT negotiate on price. The price on their website, or on the car is the price of the car. Other than that is was great and I definitely recommend them.
