The reason this place only gets two stars is because the dealership itself was really helpful and got me the car I wanted. They were willing to talk and get into the price range I wanted. On the other hand, after having my car for two days my shifter went out, which i understand problems can happen. I took it into service because my warranty is still good but their service department is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with. My advisor had no idea what was going on with my car and after countless/pointless trips to service and my car still not being doing after being told it was done is very frustrating. After 3 weeks they finally got on the same page and my car was finished after the massive headache they caused me. It was a nightmare and I wont recommend service there to anyone. Also I never got a spare which is fine because the dealership was working to get me one. I went over to parts and they ordered me one and then made an appointment to get it programmed. Well after sitting there for an hour an advisor came over to me and said "oh this is the wrong key, they ordered you the wrong one. So heres the key Im sorry I cannot help you anymore." He just left me sitting there with no help and got my car and sent me on my way. How is that professional? You cant even help me out to get the right key? So the service department there is no good and I most likely will never be returning to them unless I have to.

I was very happy with Service Advisor Bob Rouspil. My car was taken in for service because the seat belt was malfunctioning. After the installation, the technician found that they missed ordering one part and I had to come back a week later. I expressed to Bob my disappointment and my situation of living in San Francisco and I took my car to Boardwalk due to its reputation. He said to come see him when I come back to get the other part installed. When I arrived, Bob personally took my car in, checked with the technician for the time required to install, and told me that the installation takes about 10 minutes. He then personally went to see the technician and ensures that the car gets to me as soon as possible. I was out of dealership within half an hour. For all my years of visiting dealership service department I have not met an Advisor like Bob who listened to the customer and tries to ease the inconvenience the customer has experienced. Bob Rouspil is a great Service Advisor.

I came into the dealership about a week before I was ready to buy and came across one of the salesman, Tovy. They didnt have the car I wanted and I gave him a list of requirements (year/color/interior) and he sent me several options that fit my needs until he found the perfect car. Within 4-5 days of meeting him I had the car of my dreams. I gave him my budget and he stayed under my monthly max. I didnt think I would be able to find what I wanted but Tovy went above and beyond the normal call of duty even on his off days to do extensive research. If you wanna buy a car and you dont see Tovy first, you are making a big mistake! Also all other staff members there were very nice and helpful even the other salesmen that werent working with me directly were great. Dealership as a whole would get an A++ rating from me.

WARNING DO NOT Purchase a vehicle from this dear ship !!!! We visited the dealer ship last weekend to upgrade our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to a Dodge Durango RT - firstly the important bit - They would only offer us $21,000 trade in price when our vehicle is 18 months old and has 11,000 miles on the clock - secondly Miss informed us with product information completely false and untrue !!! We went to another Dodge dealer in Fremont and was offered $28,000 for our Jeep a massive $7,000 difference- I can understand few hundred dollars here and there but when we are talking thousands its a massive difference !! plus correct information and a better deal against the Durango RT - THIS DEALER SHIP ARE CON MEN !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!

Couldnt get an answer to a simple question. I tried calling here this morning and ended up on a very long hold listening to their sales pitch about their vehicles. Finally, I hung up and tried back to see if I could get an operator, but their voicemail system doesnt allow for it. So I called again and pressed a number for service and another number hopefully for Dodge service. I waited for someone to finally pick up in the service department. She didnt know if they could service a Dodge Ram since its a large vehicle and she put me over to a voicemail where someone said he doesnt even start answering his phone until 11 am. I cant get a simple answer here. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I would give no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I left my Jeep yesterday morning, didnt get the expected call for an update. Had to follow up myself twice (leaving messages) only to get the service advisor at close to 5 pm who said another diagnostic test had to be done, so another $190, on top of the original $190. He said he would call back today at 9 am. We received no call. I followed up 3 times today, and was forced to leave messages. Still no call back. I was hoping this could be the place for service but Id rather travel to Fremont then deal with this. I feel like Im getting ripped off in addition to being the victim of awful customer service.

The Sales Managers have a problem with their ego. I played hardball during negotiation and they felt threatened. They pulled the usual crap- condescending talk, trying to make you feel like have no idea how to negotiate, smoke and mirror deflection, throwing out random numbers to confuse you, etc.... I just laughed at them and walked out. Subsequently, I negotiated not more than 10 minutes over email with Sunnyvale VW, walked in, signed the papers, and drove off with a new Jetta TDI. Dont waste your time at Boardwalk VW.

Be forewarned, this dealer had my 2 year old Ram HD Diesel in for warranty/recall work and some how managed to have it slip off the jacks they were attempting to lift the cab off of the frame with and did significant body damage to my truck. The truck had not had any body and paint work done to it prior to being taken to them, and now it has and will never be the same again. The dealer paid for the truck to be fixed, but refuses to compensate me for the depreciated value. Take your vehicle to this dealer at your own risk!

Went to dealership on a Saturday and I was told I had rental car coverage with my warranty, but that the rental car people had left for the day. When I came back on Monday to drop off my car, I was informed that I didnt have rental car coverage, which I can deal with, but when I went to speak with the person who had told me I had the coverage just 2 days before, he acted like hed never seen me before. Completly insulting. Id rather drive to Dublin, than deal with these people again.
