I went in to Enterprise one evening after Id worked all day, and already been to 3 other locations looking at cars that night. Needless to say, I was exhausted! But the staff made my whole experience so pleasant...i was immediately offered a beverage, and eventually even offered dinner! Devin was very professional, helpful, and upfront/honest with me about everything I needed to know about purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. Once I had a vehicle picked, Devin took my info to LaToya and that woman worked miracles getting me into a new car that evening! They really did work with me, and my unique situation. I never once felt like they were bothered or annoyed by me and my imperfect credit or less than perfect situation! A few days later there were some obstacles with the bank financing my loan. I went back in after work that night, and again LaToya went above and beyond to help me keep my new car. All of this was done without their own wallets in mind, since they dont work off commission! They truly just want to help regular people with regular problems get a car, and thats why I have nothing but great things to say about Enterprise Car Sales! I absolutely love my new car, and plan to make any future vehicle purchases at Enterprise! My friends, family, coworkers, etc have all been told that the San Leandro, CA Enterprise Car Sales is definitely the place to go when looking for a used vehicle. Thank you all so much!!

When my wife and I first went in we were greated right away by the sales rep Noe and the good thing was we were referred to the San Leandro location so it was closer. After comparing the vehicle we bought with one of their competitors who was actually a $1000.00 less but because their competitor said they were using the vehicle for car rental still and I had to wait a week, well I was turned away immediately. I am a praying man and trusted Jesus throughout everything with this purchase but also everything about these guys at Enterprise San Leandro was awesome and professional..David the Leasing manager and Noe took real good care of us and we got an excellent package deal.. If your looking for a good car get one that is on Fleet sales because you may get a much better deal. We did. They didnt haggle us or treat us as if we didnt have our decision made that they would just brush us off or shuck and jive.. Got a deal through my credit Union to purchase a car through Enterprise. I was contacted by Tim at Enterprise and I told him my price point and what I was looking for in a car ie. Hybrid car for commuting. When I arrived the car was already ready for me to look at and test drive. Tim was extremely helpful and friendly and there was no pressure to purchase the car like at a normal car dealership. That was something I truly appreciated. When I was ready to purchase, Mark the sales manager was ready with all documents and information I needed. He broke down the entire loan process+ gave us information about the other things they offer for the car, again, no pressure just facts. The whole process took under 3 hrs and I now have a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid!!!. Thank you Tim and Mark, you guys are Rockstars. If anyone is wondering if they should come check out the cars at this location, I recommend it!!

OMG! Latoya and Devin... what a team! I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima in July 2014 and I got a great deal from Felix. This time I needed something smaller and most importantly Cherry Red. Devin went to pick up my car to Livermore and came back with my new car...A gorgeous shiny Mazda 3!!!!! . Exceptional price,Low mileage and totally my first choice. I love their professionalism and their friendliness and courtesy out of his world service. I was treated respectfully and I recommend them to my friends and family whenever I can! Thank you Davin and Latoya and I will come back again when the times comes. Most appreciative Sofia Tobar Note. I came back again after an unfortunate car accident my Mazda was totaled. My experience with Enterprise was good but a little questionable in a few areas. The funding was qick however, it seems as though my credit was ran over 15 times but, I must say I was looking at 2 other Enterprise car sales locations so as a hole it was ran over 15 times. Unfortunately, that decreased my credit score and that inquiry stays on my credit report for 3 years. The other concern and issue was that when I received my car it didnt have the car manufacture mates and a few other items werent taken care of however, working with David he smooth things out but, La Toya is a typical car sales person with no apathy to the buyer. The only thing now is replacing the manual with the correct manual for the car and everything will be taken care of, yeah! Thank you, Gus Parham

It was a nice experience searching for my car at enterprise. Each one of the sales representatives worked very professional and with patience. They tried their best to fi d me what I wanted in my next car. Although, I got a nice car. Not very happy with the color but they did what they could do best. I do not gave 5 stars just for couple of reasons.Numver 1. I went back to the premises and I didn t see the nice faces anymore. Sadly while they are trying to sell they all nice and smiley. Then a customer who bought $20k car go back and s treated as any newcomer there. Number 2.Is that my car has couple of problems to be fixed and because I couldt bring it on time on the schedule day, they have not have the courtesey to call me and rescheduled another appointment.

Their employees are untrained and very rude! My cousin returned a beetle there on Friday and we called at the same time to rent it for Monday and were told they had two white and blue so we call on Monday and someone else was working there and said they NEVER carried beetles. Which is BS. Then they said let me research and never call back. Finally after 45 minutes I call and she gets upset that I called her that I didnt wait any longer saying "I said I will call back". Dont waste your time here!!! I also asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager was on lunch and wont be back in 2 hours which is pretty much when they close! Horrible horrible service!!!

Wow! Enterprise Car Sales is the same dealership I had gone to with my sister a few short years ago, to witness her get a new Jeep. Little did I know that same experience would be mine, placing me in the drivers seat. The experience was just wonderful. They were very professional. They worked with me with what I had and I was able to drive away from the lot with a 2013 Hyundai Accent, a wonderful shade of gray. Enterprise Car Sales has given me a new lease on life, and my credit score has been given a good boost. They took a chance on me, and Im grateful. Ill recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great deal at a great price, and a great chance!
