I have bought many cars over the years and have never had an experience even close to as bad as this. If it hadnt been EXACTLY the car I was looking for I would have ran away quickly. The Salesman was SUPER pushy... They kept trying to throw in more and more fees and trickery. We would agree on a price and then "magically" they would remember that there was another FEE. Bank charge ect. This went on and on for several hours until I was so exhausted I just paid the damn fees and left with my car. The car had several things wrong with it that I agreed to fix myself. They wanted me to sign a contract to purchase as is then PROMISE me that it would be fixed at a later date. I said, its fixed before I buy or take $$ off. They absolutely refused to fix it before I bought the car, I would have to sign a contract first. This is not the worst part though. I have been waiting MONTHS for my license plate. I keep getting pulled over because of it. Apparently they had someone working who "Lost" several titles and they have been trying to reconstruct them. I hope my car isnt stolen. If I have to sue, I will post again and let you all know.

the place is extremely dishonest, they have all sorts of "fine print" deceptive fees they never tell you about, talking to "michael" he is very sleazy, shady and try to inundate you with misleading info until you are so confused you have no idea what they are trying to say. someone who bought from them said its nothing but breakdowns and repairs. they sell defective autos, stay away from the cheating con artists.

I went here to look at a car advertised on CarGuru. The car was there but I was told that the person with the keys wasnt and I should come back later. When I returned, the manager was there and I was treated poorly. He acted as though the car was too good to open up for a mere mortal and quoted a price several thousand over advertised.

I went to this dealership to buy a Lexus GS330. The staff was extremely helpful and Pleasant. Matt is a nice guy and straight forward. Although I did not purchase a car yet ....I will because Matt did not pressure me into the purchase. So I look forward to doing business with him shortly.
