Service is HORRIBLE. I had an appointment to have my 2016 XC90 serviced for a faulty second row seat and a failing headliner in the cargo compartment. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before (Wednesday, Jan 18 at 3:30 p.m.) so they would have it for my appointment time at 7:15 a.m. on Thursday, Jan 19. When I called at 2:00 p.m. on the 19th to see if the repairs were completed, they indicated that they MIGHT be able to get the repairs done by the end of the day, but more like Friday. I said I would be in Friday to pick it up. When I arrived on Friday, ,I was told that parts for BOTH repairs were on national back order and that it would be another 2 - 3 weeks to get the parts in. If the parts are on national back order, then how could they tell me that they might have been able to fix it on Thursday? I has been 4 weeks since and I have heard nothing on the status on the repairs and no one from the dealership has responded to the e-mail I sent 3 days ago asking for an update.

My husband and I recently bought a Volvo from Kristean at McKevitt. We had spoken to dealers all over California and were quite frankly very disappointed with most of them. When we spoke with Kristean is was very clear he understood his business and was knowledgeable about his cars. He also gained our respect and trust throughout our conversations He is very professional and we were very happy in our transaction. He spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us and we were very satisfied with the price we agreed up on for the car. I think if you decide on a Volvo and buy a care from him you will not be disappointed.

We were very pleased with our experience at McKevitt Volvo. Our initial contact was through email. We promptly received a return email. When we inquired about the price, there was no haggling and we were quoted a very fair price for a new S60. We made an appointment and our salesperson Scott treated us with courtesy and respect. When we said we werent ready to buy after a test drive and wanted to check out a competitors model, there was absolutely no pressure. Ultimately, we decided to purchase our first Volvo and were very satisfied with it and the experience at McKevitt.

I just helped my mom buy a Volvo from Mckevitt Volvo in San Leandro. We emailed just about every Volvo dealer in the bay area. Mckevitt had the exact vehicle my mom wanted in stock. Id done a ton of research and knew what price to negotiate for (thanks Edmunds TMV!). I negotiated with Kristian through email and he made me a great deal! He always got back to me right away but was never pushy and didnt play any games. My mom loves her Volvo and I was very pleased with the entire purchase process. I would recommend McKevitt Volvo to everyone!

We LOVED the fact that 1) The dealership has a lot of parking and spacious. 2) We were very well greeted and treated by our salesman Scott Thompson. 3) Scott explained every features in details WITHOUT pushing us to make a decision. 4) Scott made himself available whenever we dropped by for questions. 5) Last but not the least, he kept us up to date on the progress and helped us till we got the delivery of our XC90! I bought a C70 which I saw on their website advertised at a great price. I had done online research and realized it was a very good value. I called Kristean and he was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process, as well as efficient. He did not pressure us to get optional warrantees that we did not want. This dealer McKevitt is very suck. I changed coolant of my S80 used car as the dealer comments when it gets first service in this dealer. They charged me $200 that overpay more then $100. I found the record from ex-owner. The coolant change was only $98 in Smythe Volvo. This service of McKevitt is my first business as well as last one.
