We have been shopping for a newer used car (2014-2015) for a few months. Been to several lots and even our Credit Unions used car fair. We found several cars we liked, however the price and/or the mileage was higher than we wanted. I had heard from an Enterprise shuttle driver that they sold cars, and that the cars selected for sale were all low miles, mint condition and the prices were below blue book. The financing we wanted to use was through our Credit Union, who finances 100% on used cars low BB amount, so we decided to stop at the N 1st Street Enterprise sales lot since we happened to be in San Jose for the Credit Union sale anyways. We saw several cars that fit our needs, but our favorite (2015 300C) was not our favorite color combination (Black/Black). While we were test driving it, and then a beautiful 2015 fully loaded Impala, our sales guy Dominic searched other Enterprise Sales locations and found one with lower miles which was a silver/pearl color. He told us it was in Redwood City, and if we wanted to see it he would drive up there and bring it down while we had lunch. After lunch it was waiting for us, what a beautiful car! Under 20k miles, mint condition, and below BB. SOLD!!! We also worked with Daniel on the financing paperwork so that we could drive it home. He got the rates from TechCU for a temporary approval until we finalized paperwork with them. As I was signing on the dotted line, Dominic arranged for the car to be filled up and detailed. Smooth dealings... and we drove it home that afternoon. Our Credit Union financed 100%, we did have to come up with some cash ($3) for an extended warranty and tax/registration that brought the total price over the 100% mark. I 100% will purchase my next car from Enterprise. What a great experience, no haggle needed. We did our research and the price of this car was about $8,000 lower than the used car lots. A shout out to TechCU credit union also. I had an old checking account with about $300 balance, and they financed this car at 2.4%. Hard to find a better deal than that on a used car. Unless you let their staff find a car for you, they finance at 1.99%. Anyway! I am a very happy camper!

Ive purchased from Enterprise before and thus returned again. The agent, Emeris, was very helpful. One of my only criteria was to have tinted windows, which he assured could be added at no cost if the car didnt have it. I found a car and asked twice again (during the test drive and again after confirming desire to purchase) that it could be added. As I was signing with the finance agent, I asked a fourth time to confirm that it was added and how to go through that process. He acted shocked and a bit annoyed and said he would check with a manager. He left and came back saying it wasnt possible and blamed Emeris for the miscommunication. Since this was as I was signing papers, I felt rather helpless, dismissed, and surprised by this treatment. The final disappointment came with the realization that the license plate was missing the registration stickers (This was pointed out by a cop and LUCKILY he didnt give me a ticket, but now Im worried on how quickly this can be fixed.) Overall, I have always been a loyal renter and buyer of Enterprise, but was rather disappointed in this experience.

Bought car in Dec of 2015, in May of 2016 car started leaking coolant and causing a real foul smell. After looking up the recalls on the car by VIN number it is a know issue or service bulletin. Which was released in 2014. As this car has been on multiple Enterprise lots, during 2 "109 inspections" test it was missed. Something very important such as this should not be over looked especially when the salesmen offer you the moon an starts when buying their cars. That they are so safe and sound. My suggestion is you cover every single detail of the car, check recalls, get a copy of inspections and make sure everything checks out BEFORE you sign those papers and leave the lot. DO NOT MAKE A 20K MISTAKE! Go to an original dealer that is reputable, dont let the salesmen at Enterprise work you!

Lienne the car sales consultant that helped me with the purchase of my vehicle her customer service was above and beyond even though I had a little issue with making a new key for the vehicle, its good to know also Enterprise goes above and beyond with fixing the issue, I will definitely be giving Enterprise my business in the future and I will also refer all my friends and family to purchase through Enterprise, also what really turned my experience from negative to positive was Liennes manager calling me to personally apologize for the mix-up.. that by itself is amazing customer service..

Great service from the Enterprise folks! Very pleasurable and painless process. And quick too! Car arrived well before estimated date and time. Paperwork was quick and well explained. They looked after us very well in the office, coffee, donuts, and just plain nice people. Only one little issue, the car hadnt been completely cleaned before I took ownership. Dont get me wrong, it looked immaculate but I did find things under seats later that could have been taken care of before I drove out the door. That said, I would recommend Enterprise to my Mom - enough said! Thanks Enterprise!!

I recently purchased a car at Enterprise Car Sales in San Jose and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful in getting me into the car that I wanted. My credit union also gave me some additional perks by going through Enterprise. If they don;t have the car you want, they will try and find it for you. Not just that but it you arent completely satisfied with your car in the first week, you can bring it back and get another one that may fit you better. Tavares made the whole process quick and simple. Ill definitely be recommending Enterprise to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed "the buying a car" experience at Enterprise Car Sales. The Sales Person is completely professional with a no pressure attitude from start to finish. Buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales was as easy as going to a convenience store. They had a tremendous inventory of cars to choose from, even if it had to be transferred from out of state, with great prices. The quality of the cars are guaranteed to be in its top condition, as they have gone through a rigorous inspection process. You cant lose going with Enterprise Car Sales.

I recently purchased from Enterprise. Their office changed location from Downtown San Jose to off of Stevens Creek Blvd. The staff was super friendly and I didnt feel like I was in a car sales place that didnt have my best interest in mind. If youre wanting to purchase a vehicle, I would reccommend giving Enterprise a shot. They have a fair amount of vehicle options and I think one thing they could have improved is their new office space was a little closed off and crowded. I felt like I was staring at a blank wall for a couple of hours.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and eager to get me the most that they possibly could for my trade in. I was able to take advantage of a an awesome promotion that boosted my trade-in value to equal what I had bought it for originally + what I had put into it! Finding the right fit for insurance was the biggest hurdle, but thanks to Dom, easily one of the nicest and most charismatic people Ive had the pleasure of working with, we were able to figure out an option that worked.
