WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! 3 hour drive to purchase my first car at CALIDAD MOTORS, test drove it, it was fine. Before i got home the car started jerking going into and out of lower gears. Took it back a few days later, 3 HOUR DRIVE AGAIN!! to "reprogram software" it stopped and began to do it again after a few weeks. 3 months later ITS WORSE!! EVERY DAY, EVERY STOP. ELI convinced me to get a warranty that was $178 a month when i had mentioned the jerking so he wouldnt have to pay to fix the issue, he didnt explain to me that there was a deductable charge for any repairs made through the warranty company, so i stopped paying for it. ELI also paid for the deposit to start the warranty then took it out of my deposit money because i stopped paying for the warranty, HE IS A SCAMMER!!!!! They dont know who runs the business, lie after lie!!! Repod my car without notice before or after. MIGUEL claimed to have sent "notice through email, text, phone, when i asked for proof he denied text and emails. ELI canceled the first scheduled meeting with the bank to finance the car the following saturday and after that (Close friend took the car out for me) Title owner couldnt make it, due to the 3 hour distance and free time to drive out there. ELI is the WORST salesmen i have ever met!!!! DOESNT keep his word all he cares about is getting the sale. I paid 325 for the repo, ELI claimed that id only have to pay an additonal 120 to get the car from the repo place. I ended up paying 240 plus 160 for my personal items. After i tried to confront ELI about the 240 instead of 120, he tried dodging me. when i finally spoke to him he said "I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" i also purchased $2,000 rims a week prior to being repoed WITH NOT ONE SCRATCH, when i got my car back there was a big scrape on one rim. ONCE AGAIN..... ELI dodged me for hours, when i finally spoke to him he said THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I do not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!!!!

They deserve ZERO stars. I gave them 1 because I didnt have a choice. In June 2011, we were in the market for a bigger car than our 2 door civic coupe, seeing as how we were pregnant with our 2nd child. Being a 1 income family, we somehow managed to save up $9000 and thought we were prepared. We came upon an ad from Calidad on craigslist and thought we would check it out. After looking at the car we purchased a car fax report and my husband did some research right there on his phone. We explained to them that I was a stay at home mother to our then 3 year old and was 4 months pregnant. We talked out how the purchase price would wipe us clean of our savings but we were willing to do that. (Not that any of this stuff matters, but you would think a person with even a small conscience wouldnt be purposely screwing over a couple in this situation, right?) Anyways, we decided to buy the nightmare, ahem I mean 2007 Jeep Liberty that day. This car has sucked us dry. The problems started literally as I was pulling out of the parking lot with a gas cap message. Evap error after evap error, among other problems a 2007 vehicles SHOULD NOT be having here we are 2 years later with a piece of crap! So thank you Calidad, for making our largest cash purchase THE worst experience of our lives. Because of your dishonesty and lack of consideration we will NEVER purchase a used car again! If you are looking for a trustworthy business, keep looking! Anyone want to buy a 2007 Jeep Liberty?

These people are crooks, liars and theives, the will still from a single mothers. They will sell you a broken car with light on..telling you to bring the car for repair. When you bring it the will have you just sit like theyre taken it to a mechanic to be repaired to say the problem doesnt exist..please, please dont ever but a car from these people..Never buy a car from Alex, Eli, they dont handle your registration paper work.

Had a great buying experience at Calidad Motors. I had already visited several of the larger dealerships in Concord with no luck when I found a car I was interested in at Calidad Motors. They were courteous and did not lead with the hard sell. They also worked with me on the price(something the larger dealerships wouldnt do). I ended up with a great car for a fair price. Definitely recommend these guys!

2-24-2015 : I purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado from Calidad Motors in Concord California and I seriously love my truck she still running strong. If you want a Quality used or pre-owned vehicle please come down to Cadidad Motors go see Eli and Anthony and Cesar bunch of really nice salemen... I didnt like the car I originally came to see, but they made me a deal on a nicer car. The sales people and management were all very friendly and helpful throughout. When I came to pick up the car I took BART and they picked me up from the station. They got me a good deal, a good interest rate and even ordered the floor mats my car was missing.
