Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Tried to pick up my prescription 4 days after it was ordered by my doctor but was told that it would take a week to come in (they didn’t even order the medication), which apparently was not worth contacting me about as soon as the script was received. My medication has a 7-day pickup window, so I would have transferred to another pharmacy if I had known this. Instead, the pharmacist told me to find a place that has my meds in stock, only to be told by a Rite Aid pharmacist (after an hour of calling around) that Davis was misinformed and that they were not allowed to transfer my prescription. So now I will not get my meds on time and have to spend time and money getting tests and doctor’s appointments for a new prescription; meanwhile, I will not have my medication for at least a month. Even though Davis is by far the closest pharmacy to me (and I don’t have a car), my first visit to Davis Pharmacy will definitely be my last.

I hate to say it but there is simply nothing in here that you cannot get elsewhere for cheaper. The way of the local neighborhood pharmacy has gone kaput thanks to big box chains with 100X more items at half the price not to mention online delivery services.

Your perfect neighborhood pharmacy.... Other big chain pharmacies should take note!!! Courteous, efficient, patient, and they actually "know their customers" They hold convos with you, ask hows the family doing and laugh with ya!! KUDOS TO YOU!!!!

The people who work here are so nice, especially the cashier in the afternoon who I think is the owner. The prices for household goods seem lower than at the large pharmacies, and they are always eager to special order anything they dont carry.
