I have been to this store ever sinced It has opened. Most of associates walk right by you and do not even ask if you need help. Also, when a new cashier hops on a register when it gets busy they do not even pull the next person in line, they just say this register is open. From past experience working as an Assistant Manager for Tower Mart, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I thought Wal-Mart on Redwood dr. was bad, this Wal-Mart grocery store is much worse than that. Sorry but who ever the hiring manager or trainers are, they have no experience and no customer service skills. Hope one day it gets better.

It is too bad the grocery store isnt connected to the main store. Sort of defeats the purpose of one-stop shopping. My sons WalMart has everything in one location including auto. Very convenient for busy people. However, the grocery store is great and I have no complaints about that. I switched from FoodMaxx because I have gotten bad bread and produce from them over the last few months. They were great about returns but who needs to constantly return items to the grocery store? I hope WalMart maintains its freshness.

Its right across the street from me. Prices are good (wish Raleys could match them). Food is fresher than FoodMaxxs often near expired products. Staff are generally more helpful than the clowns at that Safeway Zoo. The check out process is the continuing problem. Its ridiculous to have like a dozen checkout counters with never more than one that is staffed and theyre often super slow. Today the girl just stood there and expected me to bag my own stuff! If that happens again Im heading back to Raleys.

Other than convienance I have had mostly bad experiences at Walmart Grocery, Rohnert Park. Three different times my check was comsumed by the check reader, and one of those times I was double charged, which I am still waiting reinbursement from the store and no response from the store manager. Many times the self check out will not accept the currency, or has run out of change allowing only charge cards. If you think because they are Walmart all prices are much lower check again, not so.

My family and myself was very amazed and very much appropriate the great customer service with staff every where to ask for help & service and the great reasonable food prices & virility and yummy delicious cakes. we got alot for our money. And friendly staff and we left feeling great and happy

Convenient location, good prices, and a nice selection of groceries. They have a limited produce selection and quantity, and weve had some products that we found were spoiled upon returning home (after unpacking). We have noticed improvement over recent months, and hope to see it continue.

I like shopping here, but the cashier that scanned my merchandise double scanned my food item. She was busy talking to the other customers behind me which was so annoying. I wont be going to her line anymore. I will be checking my receipts before driving back home from now on.

I enjoyed my walks to this store as much as I enjoy getting lost in the store looking at random stuff... employees are surprisingly friendly from any other wal-mart Ive been to. I had to use the restroom once and I ask around and they didnt have one for customers :(.

I can do food shopping here and a few things that the Walmart a mile away has. This is a good small market and I feel much safer here in the parking lot. Just be careful driving around and backing up. Lots of little kids that run in back of cars. Drive slow.

Was pleasantly surprised by the store. Not at all what i expected when i thought of Walmart. Very clean, great atmopshere, helpful happy staff. The selections and prices were wonderful. Service at check out was polite and quick.

They have a good selection of products and the lowest prices outside of an actual giant warehouse store. Meat and produce selection can be skimpy at times. But, low prices without having to buy huge size containers is nice.

yes, a good store in the neighborhood--we sure needed one, only two requests-a few more natural foods, i.e. Bobs Mill: Oat Flour, etc for example. And more nut choices-i.e. macademia. Other than that, its great.

I get a lot of food items from Walmart. Produce, some meat and lunch meat. Fresh vegetables and lettuce. Its a great convince for me. Glad it came to my neighborhood.

Its perfectly adequate for emergency grocery shopping when Costco is closed or Im in too big a hurry to shop anywhere farther from home, like Safeway or Olivers.

Most items are less expensive than a regular grocery store (such as Safeway). They offer grass fed beef at a moderate price. Can be long lines at checkout.

Great Walmart. We spent the night in the RV. Picked up groceries and a Starbucks in the morning. Super quiet in a great neighborhood.
