Worst customer service. Line of people waiting to check out, checker would not open until he had put price stickers on the remaining (15) items on his counter. Said he had to finish first. Really? Next, customer ahead of me set off door alarms while trying to leave store. Was ordered to come back so items could be checked. I casually mentioned to that same cashier that the alarms wouldnt go off when I tried to leave, right? She said no. Well, they did and I was ordered back into the store. Meanwhile, I had a 3-yr old with me who ran out the door when it opened. Fortunately, my daughter was with me and could run after him. Cheap store, but items set off door alarms. Crazy!

Wow their prices have gone up. Pointless to shop here now. Used to be able to get discounts which was the point of shopping here but now they cost the same as everywhere else. Big Lots needs to look into other stores that have done what theyre doing by raising prices and realize those stores went bankrupt and out of business because of it. You dont want to push your customers away by changing the only reason they shop there. If youre going to cost as much as other stores but the other stores have more to choose from, why would people come here then?

I understand being short staffed... However there was about ten people in line... One cashier who idk if they spoke English... And as the line got longer people got more frustrated finally and second cashier came up to help... I bought one item and was in there a good thirty minutes twenty of it I spent in line. Wasnt super clean either.

Big lots is a great company. but the person with a attitude her name is seedan an Asian chick with emotion problems. other than that a great place. during the afternoons. dont get offended im not raciest to let you know. I just seen her treat some people like crap. she works the morning shifts.
