The first time I tried using this shop was to order a factory manual for my bike. I paid cash to order it, they said a week to 10 days. No problem. I waited 2 weeks and called- they didnt know where it was. Called back in a few more days- the order was cancelled, so they reordered. I finally told them to give me my money back, I show up and they try to give me a check. I paid cash, give me cash- I had to come back the next day for cash. The next day they produce a shop manual for my bike and tell me everythin is ok. I was so sick of dealing with them that I took my used book that I just spent new money for and left. I made the mistake of going back, since they are on my way home. Ordered some parts, week to 10 days, same story. 2 and a half weeks later I call them and my parts are there waiting. When asked if they were going to let me know my parts had arrived the idiot told me the new system probably lost my phone #- no, I told him that I verified my # when I made the order. At that point he said they probably just forgot. A motorcycle shop run by morons, not worth your time. Go to Renton or Hinshaws.

Called about having a service done on my wifes vstar. They quoted an hourly shop rate and told me I could drop the bike off any time but could not get to it until about 2 days from then. I brought it in anyhow because it wasnt running proper. I also asked if they new a place to get bikes detailed. Surprisingly they offered to do it there. I expected the bike to be done on a Thursday but they had it done by Tuesday. I came to pick it up and the price was on par with their original quote and it was damn near show room quality too. They did a great detail on it the service people were quite nice. They kept me posted along the way to let me know what parts were needed. I would recomend this place to anyone. Too bad they dont do suzuki :-(. Thanks for the good work guys.

The worst customer service and staff I have ever had to deal with. I walk in to explain something about the part I need and the sales person explains how he doesnt like my tone, so I restate it again, then he says he doesnt like my attitude and explains how I need to conform to his rules like Im not buying something or Im some stranger to him. (Bought multiple parts from this store before. $500 worth for my yz125) All I am saying is if you want better prices and a %100 better costumer service, I would not recommend this motorcycle shop to anyone including people I dont even like. They will never see a dime of business from me again and I hope everyone can see this company for who they truly are.

Salesman Rick Weidman gave me the worst sales experience of my life. I was buying a Raptor 700 before I went to CA, and they were the only shop around that had one in blue and black. Rick was not in the shop when I walked in so the parts counter guy had me sit at the sales desk. When Rick came in the parts guy told Rick I was here to buy the Raptor 700. Rick proceeded to treat me horribly even though he did not have to work to make the sale, he only had to fill out the paperwork for the sale & the Yamaha financing. I cannot comprehend how I can be treated so badly when purchasing a $10,000 item where the salesman really did not have to work for the sale.

When stranded on the highway, we calked every Hobda repair shop on the area. No one would take even 20 minutes to look at the Goldwing except Remainier Honda & Yamaha. We had the bike towed to them and they quickly found the problem. There was no way anyone could get us back on the road but they let us leave the bike over night and helped us load it on a trailer the next morning. These guys really know what "customer service" means. Great friendly and helpful people.

I literally stood in the lobby looking at bikes for about 30 minutes before I was even greeted by anyone. I had cash in hand ready to buy, ended up buying elsewhere the same day. The salesman was the worst I have ever seen, he didnt know the bikes and didnt seem like he wanted to sell anything. Take your business elsewhere.

These guys are awesome! I bought a new honda pioneer last year and it started having clutch issues. Honda wouldnt pay to have the problem fixed so they covered the repairs. I picked it up in time for my trip to the beach. Zeb (the mechanic) said to let him know if I had any further problems. Thanks guys!

Been going to these guys for more than 10 years. They have always taken care of me - everything from working on my bike, having parts in stock for my quads and even helping source parts for an old bike that Yamaha doesnt make anymore. Three-word review: Knowledgeable, helpful, and affordable.

This place has the worst service, the mechanics treat you like an idiot, and the sales rep doesnt even say welcome or hows it riding, instead they ignore you like you are not even there. I wish i could get paid to do that

Every time I go there, the sales rep and or boss doesnt ever make eye contact and you can tell doesnt want to talk. Ashamed of his products or just a jerk? Not a good way to get business.
