I recently went on a road trip. Along the way I wanted to get new tires. Being on my bike makes that a challenge, since I cant pull my own wheels. Santa Rosa Cycle Gear and Sophie to the rescue! Not only did she redirect me from the Dunlop Qualifiers I was going to buy to the new Q2s. She called some shops around town until she found someone who could change my tires. To go even a step further, she waited until another co-worker came on duty and delivered the tires. It was only a couple of blocks away, but I was very grateful. Sophie went above and beyond what I ever expected. Thankyou Cycle Gear. Special thanks to Sophie.

Im never disappointed with this location. The staff knows their stuff. I have purchased most of my moto gear from this store and always walk out feeling like I made a good decision to shop there. I have taken my girlfriend here as well and she feels the exact same way.

Lost a helmet sale! The past two times customer service had dropped drastically.. spiked hair tattoo guy needs to not be helping customers! I wont be going back.
