I really want to leave a positive review but these guys make it impossible. I love the bike I bought and they are always pleasant but they are completely inept and dishonest. First bad mark, bought a lightly used monster with 2.7K miles. They failed to disclose that they had done major engine work till after I bought it. Sent me in circles on the phone the sales guys claimed to "not know." That is unacceptable and unlawful since they are required to disclose this information. 2nd bad mark they said my registration would immediately transfer from my trade in. Nope takes 4 weeks they said. I am moving soon to a new address so they said they could hold it at the location. Then I call back today seven weeks later while I am moving since I hadnt heard anything. They said they cant actually hold the registration and I will have to solve it on my own with the DMV. Completely unacceptable, dishonest, and inept. Stay far, far away from these guys.

I wish I can put 0 stars. Purchased a Ducati R from Shahin at This dealership. Trusted him that the bike is super clean and has no scratches on it. I made sure to ask the bike has no scratches and he confirmed in his email that is super clean. Once I received the Bike it is full of scratches everywhere. Of course when contacted they never respond and ignore emails. What a poor and shady dealership. Stay away from them and dont trust a thing they say. In addition they shipped my bike and told me it is shipped in an enclosed trailer and when the bike arrived it rained on and it was full of dirt. Lying to get the sale done seems to be their preferred practice. Members of our Ducati Owners Club seemed not surprised with Moto Corsa practice as well. I will share my experience on all forums and social media outlets so no more Ducatistis become victims of buying bike that are suppose to be new but rather all beat up.

After looking for months to upgrade my sports bike I came across a add for the bike and price I was looking for ! I went in to look at there used bikes ( they had a bunch to choose from ) Ended up that they had 2 almost identical bikes that I was interested in. Both 2007 Hayabusas were similar but only one was the perfect fit. The salesmen pointed out the ins and outs of both bikes going above and beyond ! They even lowered the bikes stance that I picked cause Im SHORT !! adjusted the aftermarket pegs to make the bike fit me and my needs. It was washed and polished when I came to pick it up... These Guys are by far the best customer service I have ever experienced ! OH...and they gave me a great trade in amount for my trade. I point people in there direction time and time again !!!

Been a customer for many years, bought many bikes and lots of riding gear in this time. But, I wanted to recognize one person specifically in this review - Janel. I am a very picky person and rarely take anyones advise when it comes to my safety and comfort. When it was time to get a new helmet, jacket, and back protection - I allowed Janel to help. I appreciated the fact that Janel knows every detail about what she is selling. Comfort and safety is not cheap, making an informed decision is key. Janel, thank you for helping me choose wisely. Rode 400 miles yesterday in temps varying from 54 - 75 degrees. I was never so comfortable and confident in my riding gear! You help personify the reason Motocorsa is consistently voted one of the best in the country!

In January I started a restoration project on a 916 that didnt even have keys, yet alone run. Tyler, Miles, Christian, and Hannah all made a huge impact on my experience so props to them. Whether it was finding obscure $5 parts or giving advice on repairs and maintenance everyone was very helpful. And Janell helped me sort out some new gear to ride it when I finished! I must have changed my mind on what I wanted at least a dozen times and she still had a great attitude with helpful service every time I came in. The staff at MotoCorsa is what makes the Ducati brand stand out among others without question! SO glad MotoCorsa is in my city!

If I had written this review a year ago, I would have given Motocross a 3 star rating, deducting one star for high prices and 1 star for long waits for an appointment. I always percieved Motocorsa as a class act but at the same time secretly held it in distain because it is a Ron Tonkin dealership. Now, I am deducting 4 stars because Motocross no longer services MV Agusta, a brand that they once sold and serviced. I was given lame excuses like "we dont have the tools anymore" or "we are no longer a dealer" or "We cant get parts" I took my Brutale to EDR Performance and received superlative service.

Nothing but the best here !!! Called looking for saddlebags for a trip, but they had non in stock that would work for my bike . Miles let me barrow his personal set of saddlebags!!! I really do not think you will find a better place to shop for Ducati parts anywhere in the world ..I also purchased a YoyoDyne clutch slave on there recommendation which was a great upgrade for a minimal price and at the same time got a great deal on a summer riding jacket ... Not much more I can say : I am a huge fan of this place and it employees

My Diavel key stopped working right after I got the bike private party out of state. I was so disappointed because I couldnt ride the bike and the weather was amazing. Nick in service totally stepped up and did a fantastic job. He was very patient and walked through the entire process, and I know Im a difficult customer. Sean did great work on my bike. I had a great experience at Motocorsa and my first visit will not be my last. Thank you guys!

well its a Ducati store and things are expensive, that being said everyone has always been super nice and very helpful, even when i told them i wasnt there to buy anything. but this time i went in for a suit thinking i knew what i needed and the guys there spent a good hour talking to me about suit fitment and what to look for or avoid, i highly recommend talking with Graham, super nice guys. will be back for sure!

Hands down best dealer experience Ive ever had. Bought an 848 in March and every time Ive been back in the shop since, everyone remembers my name, bike, and any work thats been done to it. Theyre always super willing to answer questions and genuinely want you to have the best riding experience. The MotoCorsa crew is a class act! Oh, and the also put on one hell of track day!! Thanks guys

Bad experience here, dont take any new bikes with issues to this place, they will not honor your warranty and will tell you that the bike has issues because of negligence. Took my brand new scrambler in here because the battery died (used it 7 days earlier, kept away from rain and other environmental issues in a garage) they would not honor the warranty of the battery nor the bike.
