Hi to everyone at the Sonoma County store, my name is Eamon Phelan from Galway,Ireland. i was in the Santa Rosa area on a work trip last November and paid my first ever visit to a H-D outlet...what a fantastic experience. I was met and warmly greeted by Phil who even knowing that i wasnt buying that day took the time out to show me nearly every bike in store and out back,he advised me on all aspects of biking,gave me literature,and above all has GUARANTEED that i will be the very proud owner of a DYNA WIDE-GLIDE inside the next few months,such was his impact...so well done Phil!! I also have to mention Danyelle at the merchandise counter who made shopping there so pleasant. I am returning to the Santa Rosa area in the next few weeks and high on my to to-do list is a return to the store,so i hope to catch up with you all then. Keep up the good work and as an old Irish saying says...May the road rise to meet you Safe Riding! Eamon.

I visit a Harley shop in every city I go to almost? I was excited when we moved to bodega Bay to go check out the area bike shops so I stopped in to do some Christmas shopping walked around the shop for 20 minutes no one ever said a word to me this atmosphere was so dead no energy at all. I left and just figured it was a bad experience so about three weeks later one afternoon I had some time to kill and still wanted to get a couple things walked into the shop once again no life there ..no one ever approached me ..ever talk to me ...or ever welcome to me I grabbed a copy of thunder roads and out the door I went. I will never go back to that shop it is the worst Harley shop I have ever been to and I have been to a lot ....#STILLLOVEHARLEYS

Sonoma County has the best Dealerships. OK Its in the top 5. Great people like Matt and Walter. Any time I need something they have it. Service Dept. Ron has been working on My Bikes for years. He always gets it right. When I pick up my bikes They always come back clean. Never a finger print. Re: the new owners. Like all the new bikes. Everyone in the store always has a smile. Stopped in spoke to Matt about FLHRI and ended up driving home with it. The Best experience I have had with Harley dealers (my 5th Harley in 10 years) Thank you to all the staff at Michaels. If your in the market for New or Used they have the best prices for Miles but thats not what makes you purchase, its the customer service Before, During and After the sale. Came in to look at apparel and this place was very unfriendly. Not another customer in sight, and I walked past numerous employees without a single acknowledgment that I was even there. The clothing girl did finally come over, but was very dismissive with me. Ive been to other HD dealers and never had this issue, usually they try to sell you everything. Wont be back.

We are on a 4K mile ride and my new bike had a clanking sound start as we rode into Sonoma County. We looked up the closest dealership and took her by. Terry was great and he and the tech got us in quickly and found the broken bracket on my Rineharts.. They had a bracket got us fixed up and back on the road fast. Excellent service!! Thanks Guys!!

Not super happy with the service you guys provide I ordered a tire last week made an appointment and then when I come down you dont have my tire I have to wait until tomorrow so I think the customer service needs some work

Jeff was super helpful. I rented from another dealer and was traveling near Sonoma when I got a flat tire. Jeff went out of his way to find a tire shop open on Sunday so I could get on my way. Great customer service.

Prices on clothing is ridiculous way too expensive really over $50 bucks for a tanktop, crazy. Staff, service depth are great but prices are way too much.
