I called Friday for a small 49cc motor they had one they had to pull out of a small bike. I was told by tues I could pick it up, I called tues nothing had been done, and I weds told they would have it by end of day tues. I didnt receive a call I then called late weds. and still nothing had been done I then told them not to worry about doing this apparent major task. I pull my motor in 15 min from my bike. I know it is a small motor and they may not be happy to help, but dont treat your customers like crap and dont lie to them. I will never use this place nor will I recommend it to anyone who needs help in motorcycles or mini bikes.. not friendly service and very unprofessional

The service was excellent, and I was charged a fair price. At some other shops I called, the person handling my call made me feel that I was interrrupting their work, but when I called Puget Sound Motorcycles, Michelle, the front-person, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I needed a break-in service for my motorcycle, and I got an appointment for the next day. The owner, Steve, also noticed a minor problem with my brakes and took care of it at the same time. I am a new rider, and Steve graciously gave me some valuable tips on how to maintain my bike, and, when asked, he also gave me some tips on how to stay safe on the road. It doesnt get any better than this!

My new favorite motorcycle service center. They are very knowledgeable with motorcycles. Please note that winter is the best time to have your motorcycle worked on. It can take 2-3 months for them to work on your bike in Late spring/summer. They is typical with any bike shop in the area due to Sturgis and the local riding season.

No one in town wanted to work on an 82 Trail 110, but everyone recommended these guys. Dropped the bike off on a Wednesday. They said it would be about a week, which wasnt an issue for me. Thursday I got a surprise call from them saying it was done. Pricing was fair. Very pleased. I will be back.

After calling the Honda dealer and being told my bike was older than they cared to work on a friend recommended this shop to me.I had them balance my carbs, fix a short in my turn signals and install a new rear tire. super fair price and they were done 2 days sooner than they thought they would be.

when this place was in tacoma they work on my mopeds my bikes were up and running and working they are the best for old school motorcycles and new school motorcycles i highly recommend this shop they love what they do and the owner mike is the coolest dude ever
