I waited outside for them to open for 45 minutes. Because the email said they were closing and everything was 30% off. The man was rude when I mentioned 30%off he said no its 10%. I brought the Bible because it was a gift for someone and I will be seeing them tomorrow but it makes me wonder if they are closing due to poor customer service. The one that was in Arlington heights was so much better. I use to spend hours in there. Vernon hills JUST RUDE

Went there today. Its directly behind McDonalds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had pretty good selections lots of stuff on sale. I am plan to go back soon.
