Do not buy from these guys, its a racket of selling used, overpriced, crappy cars. Look at their yelp reviews! Its literally my story over and over. Bought a Honda civic from these guys and it had been nothing but trouble. After about 2000 miles the water pump broke, $900 repair bill. The mechanic at the shop said my tires were dangerously worn, which is how college car company sold them to me. 4000 miles after selling the car to me, I started having serious engine problems, cylinder misfires, etc. After spending $600 on repairs, I called up Jim, stated he sold me a lemon car and I would like him to help with some of the repair costs. He got extremely angry to the point of yelling. He essentially said, "I sell used cars, I dont have a crystal ball, I dont know how my cars are going to behave after they leave the lot"... he said he would call me back after talking to the owner, never got a call back. Very unprofessional behavior overall. He doesnt care about anything after he has your money. In one year I dumped almost the value of the car in repairs into this piece of junk. I finally bought a new car, and hauled that piece of junk to the junk yard. Please, dont go through what I did, buy your car from somewhere else. Everything here is lemons. In response to the owner. Yes, I am still VERY angry about the car situation and how I was treated. I did not deserve to be yelled at the way I was. Yelling and using intimidation practices is not how customer service works. Later, I found out that the engine problems not only were due to "coil" issues. Multiple sensors in the engine were also broken, and the engine was filling up with oil. By you guys "checking", I assume you mean ignoring issues and passing the problem onto your customers.

Easily one of the worst car hunting experiences ever. Went to see about a 2005 BMW 325i that was on the lot. Ive been to the lot 3 times to get a test drive in the vehicle and was turned away each time. The first time i stopped in to drive it was about 5:15 in the afternoon and the salesman, Michael, comes out to greet me as if we were going to do business. I get the keys to the car and Im sitting in it and then he decides to let me know that they were actually closed for the day. The website says the business hours for M-F was 9-6. So still excited on buying this car I decide to come back on Monday about 3 o clock to test drive the car. The salesman Michael lets me know that since Im 18 and not 21 someone from the dealership needed to go with me and he tells me the the guy is currently out on a test drive with another customer and would be back within an hours time. So by this time im unpleased with the fact that ive been turned away twice. I give them the benefit of doubt and come back an hour and 15 minutes later to test drive and agained the guy was not back yet and would be there in 10 or so minutes. Meanwhile, Michael tells me there needs to be atleast two people in the building while another salesman is gone. When i arrived the third time Michael doesnt even come out to greet me or doesnt even seem enthusiastic about selling a car to me. You would think that someone who comes to buy a car 3 times is very interested in purchasing the car. Michael tells me to come back with someone that may be cosigning for the vehicle little did he know i was paying cash for it. Will be taking my money else where since i felt as if i was prejudged because i was 18.

Now, before I start - I do realize that this is a used car dealership and I should have done my homework. My disappointment is based on the fact that I was lied to and taken advantage of - There were many things wrong with the car that would have been known to someone who sells cars...but yet when I asked, "nothing was wrong with it" - Lets take a trip back in time to March of 2015... My 2007 Sonata was well taken care of from an aesthetics point of view - no rust, (mostly) clean interior, no scratches/dents. Had it for about 4 months before the first repair was needed. New Intake Manifold. Got all new rotors and brake pads when the intake was fixed, as my trusted mechanic said they looked terrible and I could feel pulsation every time I applied the brakes at a high speed - $800.Was told that it had an oil change prior to me buying - that was a lie. Took it in and it was MISSING an air filter in the engine and oil looked like hell. Airbag light mysteriously came on about a week after I got the car, clearly the code had been reset so I did not notice it until it turned on ----> New seatbelt buckle due to a broken sensor - $300. Just was told it needs a new instument cluster in order for the temp gauge to work properly and for some lights (THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!) to come back on - $1000. I have learned from my mistake and I am hoping I can drive the car for another year before I have to be horribly upside down on my loan when I trade it in for $5. Its almost laughable at this point.

My wife and I had a positive experience here. We originally went to look at a 325i and after test driving we were simply not impressed with the car. This has nothing to do with College Car Company, just the car road horrible and felt cheap. It was late by this time but my wife insisted we drive the 525i that was also on the lot. Bill was not pushy, introduced himself to us and allowed us to look around the rather small lot and told us if we wanted to drive any others to let him know. We left to discuss the car and decided we wanted to purchase. After talking it over with Bill and getting the final numbers we optd to use our own credit union as i get excellent rates with them. When i finally had the check in hand and was ready to go get the car we didnt think we would get there until probably close to closing time. Bill offered to stick around and make sure we got the car that evening, fortunately we were able to get down early in the day and close the deal well before closing time. All in all I was impressed with there no pushy sales approach. They had a pretty good selection of cars, all rather high mileage, but the car we chose had excellent records available and there price was right in line with KBB and NADA Guides. If i have the need for another used car i wouldnt hesitate to go back here.

I purchased a 97 Grand Cherokee from Bill and was told it needed a driver side wheel bearing so they priced accordingly so. Everyone seemed fairly nice to deal with so I bought the Jeep. Went to replace bearing and was extremely rusted so I took it to the AAMCO on High St they suggested. They found both wheel bearings to be out. One was so rusted they had to cut off knuckle. They also found nearly every suspension component needed to replaced as long as Harmonic balance right, and rear pinion seal. So what I was told was ready to be a daily driver turned out to be a safety hazard to my siblings, friends and I. I couldnt afford all of the repairs so I had to take the loss and sell it honestly unlike the College Car Company because they would do nothing to help. They instead tried to put blame on AAMCO saying they were ripping me off even though they did solid work and CCC recommended me to them? I also learned my cousin financed a car through them a few weeks later that had the engine blow. This was my ninth car so Im not new to buying cars. This was easily worst buying experience I have ever had. Buyers beware!
