I recently purchased a compressor at the Deland Value Pawn and was told it was tested . I plugged it in and it did work however when I got it home I found that it would not run after warming up. I returned it the next day and told them what was wrong with it but they said I could only get a store credit since it was the next day. They failed to tell me that it had to be returned the same day for a refund. Had I not spent the extra $10 dollars for purchase insurance I would not even have received the store credit. I gave them the compressor and they put it right back on the shelf knowing it was defective. These people CANNOT be trusted, BEWARE of these criminals.

Just stopped in this morning at 8:50 am and was going to buy a computer monitor and a girl was outside setting up. We thought we might get out and look at air compressors for our garage to fill up floats for the pool. As soon as I opened the truck food the girl very rudely said "we arent open yet, we are running late and wont be open until 15 or 20 after 9". She treated us like we were there so early to make a desperate pawn. I told my husband to get back in the truck, we will buy what we need at Walmart. We are new to Demand, but I can guarantee that girl lost that place our business for good.

this place is trashhh ,,,dnt know nothing about anything went in there and guy at register didnt even know what an car amplifier was c,mon man how are you pawning things and then offered me 14 dollars for 7 xbox 1 games ,,,not any games 2k16 madden 16 battlefield battlefront ,hardline, and some others and 14 dollars hmmmm yah this place suckkssss
