If I could give less than one star I would. This place deals in stolen property. I found something that had been stolen from me back in October 2015 in a side room. When I approached management with Osceola County Sheriffs department, the individual became immediately and visibly nervous and uncomfortable. They lied and said my property had been there for 2 years and produced a HAND WRITTEN PAWN TICKET TO THE POLICE! ARE WE IN THE 70S? Who creates a hand written pawn ticket? Beware when shopping here. You might be buying hot property...

Decent place, loud music, i didnt mind it too much. Asked for Ricky, had talked to him previously about a tag heuer, condition and price. He told me to come in so we could make a deal. I drove 30 mins out and when i get there he dosent want to honor the listed price, not just that he gave me a price double the advertised price. They just wasted my time just to get me in the store and not EVEN honor the adverstised price. Kinda sucked. Hope they get better with their ads. Or just dont advertise.

I have been dealing with this company for at least 10 years Never had a problem if I had to bring something back they honor their policy and exchanged it or refunded it. I have bought and pawned times no problems keep up the good job

Completely scummy business. Manager refused to sell items on the grounds she was saving them for her husband ( who was getting her tax return). Obnoxious music, rude staff; stay away!!
