I was irritated I had to rate one star even but considering I had a better experience with another employee I rated it a two star, the two stars being for her only, I would give her personally more, I wouldnt give the store any credit. First off I understand its a pawn shop but REALLY!!! We all have ran into hard times and unfortunately for me I ran into one on 98 North close to this pawn shop. I had interaction with a younger boy who has no business working for that company if the owner cares anything about his business or customers. He is a complete jerk, rude, and will talk to you like a dog. As one of the many issues I was running in to that particular day I still had a smile on my face because it was my issues so as I basically idled out of gas in the parking lot and having items I was hoping to pawn long enough basically to get gas go home regroup and go back, the kid I was dealing with was having a bad day as well I guess but he couldnt separate his issues from work I assume. I ended up saying forget about any of these items then and basically was begging to pawn my wedding ring for 20 dollars (I WAS OUT OF GAS IN THE PARKING LOT) which has way much more value, I intended on coming right back, but because he already had his mind made up he wasnt helping me and he had no benefit because I would return the same day, he let me walk out the door knowing I was stuck. I ended up dealing with a lady later after he left to go pick up lunch and she took wonderful care of me and her review will be posted and for you miss I want to thank you! That company does not deserve you!

This place is a freaking joke. I went in here looking for a game for a friend of mine. I thought the price they had on the game was kind of high for a pawn shop (seeing as how the game is 5 years old) and simply asked what the best price they could do on it was. The first guy took the game to the register to look up what they had in it on their end. As he was looking it up I was looking around the store, then waited 15 minutes in line just for another guy to start getting cocky with me (Im assuming he was the owner) and said "we just go by GameStop prices!" I told him that it wasnt a big deal, that the game wasnt for me, i was just seeing if they could go down a little on it. Told him what I payed for the game myself. He called me a liar! And said "hes not f***ing retarded" and continued to try to argue with me in front of all the customers in the store! I still wanted to purchase the game from them no matter what the price was. Just wont be treated like that for no reason. This is not a good way to run a so called "business." I wont ever step foot into this place again!

Forty Seven

First thing I want to say is these guys are a bunch of scumbags especially the punk-@$$ kid. So I go into the store looking around and I overhear a custom being completely ripped off and I mean they were trying to rob this poor guy and I could tell he needed the money too, so I tapped his friend on the shoulder saying Id pay him what he wants and the idiot announces it out loud... but what I didnt expect is the two owners to go ape $hit on me throw me and the dudes buddy out and then pursue me to my car one of them threatening to call the cops the other insulting me and my car last time I checked this is called harassment.

Good people at West Coast Pawn. I have been in there a few times and they have always been really nice and friendly. Even when just window shopping they were still really nice people. The store is always nice and usually has a good assortment of things from tools, electronics, video games and firearms. Prices are usually pretty reasonable. It is a pawn shop after all, they do their best to give you a reasonable deal. They do have to make money after all.

Stopped in 2 months ago as I passed by. They had a specific handgun i was looking for in stock. The price was very reasonable and the staff that day was very friend, knowledgeable and accommodating in letting me try different holsters before making my purchase. I will definitely be returning back for my next purchase and I am willing to drive from S Lakeland to their location for my future purchases just from how I was treated there! Great place!!

Been in this pawn shop several times and its exactly what I would expect from a pawn shop. In the pawn shop business, you probably see thousands of idiots who only come in to pawn something for a quick fix, and when you deal with thousands of idiots on a normal basis, its hard not to get a callous, "what do you want" type attitude. When you show these guys respect, and act like a dignified adult, you actually get treated the same in return.

This place has to be one of the cleanest and greatest pawn shops ive ever been in lol i love going there the employees are very welcoming and funny! i always buy from them and never have a problem and you can buy 12 movies for 15$!! you cant beat it!. They are the only pawn shop that care for there customers and help them out when theyre struggling and i know this because they helped me out plenty of times =)

I love West Coast! Took my concealed class here as well as got my awesome Glock! The Class instructor, Katherine, is awesome! She is very thorough and knowledgeable! She also has a very friendly, outgoing personally that doesnt leave you scared to ask questions. Their prices are on point! Great shop overall! I will definitely keep my business here!

One of the best Pawn shops around! I always pick up used games for the kids there for a great price! They had some awesome home audio system speakers for good price one time that I wanted but didnt have room in my car to get them home so they offered to bring them to my house for me! Good guys, highly recommend them!

Stopped in here a few months back to look at guns. Katherine was great! She answered all of our questions and spent a good deal of time with us until we found the gun we wanted. Also took our concealed weapons class with her. Great class for those of you looking to do that. A wonderful store with great people !

I spent a couple of hours there the other day...not their fault. but it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and know the products they sell, they dont just jump the gun and sell the highest priced item. Ill definetly go back... and they also have a great selection of firearms and accessories!
