I called Family Jewelry & Pawn and told them about an item I had. A Yamaha PSR 19 electric keyboard, excellent condition with padded leather carrying case original manual and stand. They told me theyd give me 30 dollars. I drove all the way out there and showed them the keyboard. Plugged it in and demonstrated it worked perfectly. No scratches, mars or defects what-so-ever. They changed there price to 15. Yes I was told 15, made the drive out there and they decided to only give me 15 dollars instead. WHY? THEY ARE DISHONEST. This place gives pawn shops a bad name. I wish I could load a copy of the receipt to prove it. The Yamaha Keyboard PSR 19 is worth a lot more than 15 bucks. What a SLAP IN THE FACE

I highly recommend going to any of these store locations. I personally have been to the one in Clermont (before they had to move), Minneola, and Tavares. The staff there is great, especially Gabby who is very knowledgable, helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out. We have bought tools at great prices and have pawned jewelry and gotten way more than what was expected. I enjoy going there especially at their end of the year sale!

First no problem parking even though there were 6 other cars in the lot. Once inside I was greeted by a very friendly gal ,who asked what I was looking for . She said she was sure she could do better on the price if I were really interested. The other patrons and there were a lot seemed to be smiling and happy to be there. Id go back !

Friendly and Great deals! Gaby is great and works with me on deals! But all three shops near me are exceptional. Very kind and down to earth staff. So stop by their shop and see what they have. Found some cool stuff for half (or way less) then retail from time to time. Prices are great! Staff is awesome!
