I have gone to Grove Appliance TV & Mattress with my grandmother, my mother and after I had my own family. Grove was our household name for any appliances big or small. The last thing I bought from Grove Appliance TV & Mattress was our washing machine. I have a refrigerator 12 years old, a dryer 22 years old and my washer 10 years old. I still have my old Toshiba B&W portable 12" TV set my grandmother bought me back in 1975. It is an orange-ish red color and the antennas are broken, but it still picks up a few air stations. lol Grove is the only place I trust to get service and quality products with knowledgeable sales people who are friendly and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. No pressure sales from these guys and gals!!! I Love this place!!

We have dealt with Groves for many years. We have always had great service and reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I also like the fact that for years I have been able to mail my packages by UPS right at the store. We have bought everything from freezers to washers too many to list. Their customer service is great and they always come to the house when there is a service problem in a timely manner. We also like the fact that we are never pressured by the sales staff to buy, we are given great customer service whether we are buying or "just looking". It is an added bonus that we are dealing with a local community business. Keep up the good work guys!!

Out whole family has been shopping at Groves for over 50 years at least or close to it. My dad is 89 this next week and he just purchased a mattress there a few months ago. We have purchased all our TVs, washers, dryers, sweepers, microwaves...Purchased our very first microwave there when I was in my 20s. I was so excited. I was amazed how quick it cooked a hotdog. Well I made hotdogs three times that week. Finally about the third day my husband was laughing and he threw a hotdog at the wall. Fond memories of my first microwave purchase at Groves Appliance . :) Even though there is lots of competition we still go to this family owned business!!!!

In the past 4 months I have purchased a stove and a washing machine from Groves. I had great service. The salesmen did not pressure me and understood my budget. The deliverymen were also great. I needed my washing machine delivered at a very specific time, when I got home after making the purchase, I got a call from my salesman. The delivery was able to be made that afternoon, and I did not have to wait at all. Will shop again and highly recommend.

Have shopped other store and have ended up at Grove. Now it is my first and last stop. Love my appliances I have bought. Had problems with my washer about 6 months after I bought it. Called and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Did not have to hassle with them to have it covered under the warranty or anything. Will never go anywhere else for appliances.

Weve bought many appliances here over the years and have had nothing but good experiences here. Bought a large t.v. here back in 1994 and it made it all the way up to 2011 without any problems. Really good made stuff at this store, not the kind of cheap junk you usually see larger again stores trying to sell and the sales people are very helpful.

Just bought a new washer 2 weeks ago, and the sales people were very helpful. The salesman that sold us our washer and even another one stepped in to answer questions when my husband and I were looking at different machines. This was not our first time buying here and wont be our last!

Disappointed-spoke with Chad through Facebook about washer and dryer!! Went to store and picked out what I wanted and decided to go through their In house-no credit check I was denied-in Shock I left and went to Aarons and was approved $2000 exact same or close product

Grove Appliance is still the small friendly local store, we have no need to go to a big box store for our appliance or tv needs. We have always dealt with Scott Cline and he is always most helpful and give the best service and price he can.
