Went in today after calling last week about a garage fridge. I told the lady on the phone what I was looking for and she was very honest about their inventory and helped set my expectations. I stopped by before bring a trailer to get my purchase and found the whirlpool I wanted, I told her Id be back & she said if I had one in my I should hold it. I didnt heed her advice and within my 1.5 hour return....it was sold!!! She warned me that the garage fridges are fast movers. I picked another one and brought it home for the garage. I called back after 3 hours because I was unsure about how long the fridge would take to fully chill. She assured me then we hung up. 30 minutes later she called me back with more detailed instructions and said she would call in the morning to check on my purchase. They have a 90 day warranty on refurbs. The customer service is excellent and the help is rare today.

Called for a repair on a Samsung Dryer. Two days later a technician shows up and looks at the dryer, says I dont know anything about Samsung Dryers Ill have to have someone else come by and look at it. The next day a technician shows up, pulls the top cover off and says, you need a new belt and a new pulley. I ask how do you know it needs a pulley when you havent even removed the drum? He gives me a song and dance about the condition of the belt, asks for a $50 Dollar service call. I paid him and asked him why is it you dont have the belt on the truck due to this being the number one part that fails on a clothes dryer and since we gave you the model number 3 days ago? Bottom line is after he left, I pulled the dryer apart, put a new belt on and got it running within 1 hour. Dont waste your time with these people.

Poor service after the sale but more importantly poor quality merchandise. I bought a stove and within 3 months it already stopped working. Call for service since it was under warranty, they fixed it and then a week later after the warranty expired the stove stops working again. Total waste of money. Dont waste your time with this place.

Honest people and quality products. They wont try to upsell you on something you dont need, and ate knowledgeable about their products both new and refurbished. Local delivery and install for $40 is better than youll find elsewhere.
