What a pleasant surprise! We needed a new dishwasher and shopped at all of our usual go-to places...Home Depot, Lowes & Sears. None of them really stood out as offering a superior value. Frustrated, we reluctantly decided to keep on shopping. That is when we remembered Appliance Direct. With a quick google search, we discovered they had a new location right here close to us in Port Orange. We popped in and were immediately greeted by Ethan and Brian. Between the two of them, these guys rocked! They knew all of the features and benefits of their products and made suggestions based on our needs. Well, within 15 minutes we left as new owners of a great new dishwasher that is to be installed in just a few days. So very happy with our purchase from these pros. Thrilled with the products and selection and all around great service. Highly recommended and we would give 10 stars if we could. Oh, btw, did I mention that we saved about $200 over the competition we looked at AND fast installation instead of waiting 7-10 days. Thanks again for everything. Highly recommended:-) UPDATE: Dishwasher was installed less than 48 hours after we bought it by Appliance Direct team, and we bought it on a Saturday afternoon! Perfect install, nice, friendly, professional install crew and drama free. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Wife is ecstatic and that means that I am too! Also, new dishwasher is so quiet and cleans so well that we are shocked. Just all around a truly fantastic experience ANOTHER UPDATE: Dishwasher runs perfectly and is actually a joy to use. Our dryer went bad and rather than fool with a repair of a 12 yo machine, we went back to Appliance Direct. Ethan was still there, greeted us warmly (he remembered us:-) and he showed us dryers. His deal was so much better than everyone else in town that we went and sprang for a new matching washer too! We are thrilled with the personal service and affordable pricing with this company. We are just thrilled and recommend this company and this location in particular. Thanks again Ethan for making us feel so valued and appreciated.

I highly recommend this appliance store. Last Thursday evening I came in after visiting several other options to see if things were as advertised . Ethan Kindl was most helpful and my decision was made in just a few minutes. Best price, best salesman, and best buying experience..and as a bonus he loves boxer dogs too. As promised they delivered and installed my new Maytag washer and dryer the next morning. and carried away the old . Installation was prompt, professional and done in a flash. Very happy with this whole experience.Thank you guys!!

After searching all over Westside Volusia my gf and I just purchased a new washer and dryer from Appliance Direct. They had the best prices in town. We even looked all over for used stuff and the prices here made it worth buying new! The service was also top notch. After a terrible experience at Johns Appliance, we decided to give Appliance Direct a shot. The sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Delivery was flexible to our schedule and fairly priced. Overall a great experience!

Christian and Ethan were absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. I think Ethan is a walking encyclopedia of appliances! Christian helped us and they both ended up working together to find us exactly what we needed. There were no surprises or glitches and communication was exactly as promised.
