We have always had great service UNTIL we needed to buy a dryer. We truly appreciate George but, whomever he has working for him needs an attitude adjustment. He was not helpful nor knowledgeable about the product. We had a dryer in mind but it wouldve been nice to know what else was available and comparable to what our washer is. He gave me a flyer and said, "there might be some choices in there but not many." Gee thanks. He was rude about delivery and now as we wait for the dryer....he is once again rude to us on the phone. If you ask if the dryer is still being delivered, the response shouldnt be, "yeah, its probably on it"...(the truck)...well, is it or not? It was over $500!!! Get some people skills or lose more business.
