HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. This is not a group of professionals. They are very sharp in how to protect themselves...We purchased a washer/dryer in June of 2013. They looked like a matching set of Whirlpool machines. Devin told us to look up the model years when we got home, but not to worry, the machines were warrantied for a year. Turns out, the dryer was a Kenmore, and the top had been taken off of another machine to say Whirlpool. The timer never worked, and it only ran on high heat. When I called to complain, I was told that if the machine worked after they picked it up for repair, they would charge me at least an extra $60 to repair. After I repeated myself that it didnt work, they again threatened to hold the machine at their warehouse until I paid the additional $$ if it was working as they said. After a week of back and fourth, I finally let them pick it up and fix it. They sent it back almost 2 weeks later and it was not repaired. Same problem...They were never truthful with the finance company, and they continued to lie to them about the dispute. FINALLY, they decided that they would replace it for us within 24 hours...6 days later I gave up and worked with the finance company to have the items picked up and sent back to them. I am out $200, and they picked up my original wash/dryer. DO NOT TRUST THEM. See my better business bureau complaint (id 90113180) and you can see how they get caught in the lies. They are out for themselves only...

If all places were like this the world would be a better place. I was scammed on craigslist by a private seller, so I went to Appliance Liquidators because I didnt have much money left and still needed appliances since the CL scammer didnt go through with his end of the deal. Anyway, when I went there and told them what had happened to me, they showed compassion, and concern, and showed me good products that were extremely affordable compared to the other places I had been. Everything I got there works and looks great, and the sales guy Vincent went above and beyond my expectations of any sales rep. They were all very nice, and they knew their products. They even offered my wife water while we waited which is not something you see anymore, although you should. I would recommend to ANYONE, for ANY appliance needs.

I purchased two washers here after visiting many stores and pushy sells people. Mario didnt push any machines on us and answered many questions (A+). When I got home one of the washers wasnt spinning correctly with a large load. I took it back, thinking I was going to have a hard time getting it fixed. I was really wrong about that. The lady (sorry I didnt get your name) was very friendly and wanted me to be happy with my purchase even if it meant giving me another machine. Tony the service repair person came out looked at it and found the problem right away. He let me go inside and watch him fix it. A+++ for Tony and the lady! They stand behind the products they sell and will make it right. I highly recommend this place. A+++ for customer service... Thanks, Matt

When our dryer went out, we didnt want to spend a lot of money, as it sits outside in our carport. I contacted Appliance Liquidators & Devin was quick to contact me back. I text that I was looking for at least 7 cu. ft. & he text me 3 pictures with descriptions & prices. I went to look at the dryers, chose the one we wanted & took care of the transaction the same day. There was no charge for the 1 year warranty. They were up front about the $50 delivery charge, but we choose to pick it up. They even bought our non-working dryer for $15. Was a great experience & we got a large, perfectly working dryer for under $200.

My husband and I have just moved to the area and our washer was not working properly. I found Appliance Liquidators online and went in the same day. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help immediately. We spoke with Devin who discussed several options with us from fixing our washer to trading it in for credit towards one of their machines. My husband gave it one more try before bringing it to them and was able to fix the issue. I will definitely be holding on to the card for any further appliance purchases we may need because we will be only dealing with Appliance Liquidators!!

What really drove to this place originally was the free local deliver and they 1 year warranty. However, their "free" local delivery costs $50 and the 1 year warranty costs $10. I really need a dryer so I bought one anyway. They people are very nice, and helpful, I blame management for false advertising. Its been a week and they dryer runs fine (as of 9/25) Ill update if anything happens to it prematurely. Worth looking into just dont look at their advertising.

I dont, its like this i just purchased a gas dryer on Saturday. And i hooked it up and it doesnt get fully hot it took me 2 and half hours to fully dry my small load. Because I figured older, used dryer. Make loads smaller, still 2 hours to dry fully. Im taking it back tomorrow, hopefully they fix their product. Hopefully I dont have to get back on here and complain about them too. Hopefully they are a stand up type company, im keep it in Gods hands.

I Love Them. I have purchased a washer, a dryer,and a refrigerator from them. There are no pushy sales rep breathing down your neck. They warranty their products for one year which is fantastic. Great Customer Service.
