Pioneer is the company that supplied the appliances in our newly built New Smyrna Beach home. Had a couple product glitches, but the Pioneer service guys were awesome. Alex has been here a couple times, and each time hes been here, hes been courteous, patient, and always willing to explain the situation when I ask. He and the service office have been very reliable when it comes to expectation setting as well. I didnt have a choice of what company was installing the appliances in my new home, but when its time for us to replace our appliances, well definitely make the choice to go back to Pioneer.
