The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, and very professional and courteous. They have a genuine interest in making sure you select a product that fits your needs, and they offer information that helps you make a smart purchase. They are not pushy, and give you their full attention. Call or visit them to get their true prices, which are lower than what is reflected on their website. The prices are competitive, and often beat the big box stores overall. The delivery, hoses, set up, and haul away of replacement washers, for example, are all included in the purchase price. I highly recommend Jeffers McGill!

Absolutely the best and finest store in Columbia for appliances and furniture. The sales staff is so knowledgeable and courteous---and, most of all, helpful. I have purchased a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator, and furniture and have been impressed each time with the entire sales experience. The delivery staff are prompt and efficient and professional, too. The buying experience at Jeffers McGill is far superior to that of any of the big box stores we have ever used. This business retains the personal attitude retailers once had in dealing with customers. I am so grateful for this store!
