I purchased a store model Electrolux Front Load Dryer from their website. In the online description, it said it had a scratch on the front and the top. I borrowed a trailer from a friend and drove 50 miles from Orlando to pick it up. When I got there and inspected the dryer, it had a huge dent on top, several small dents, scratches and small chips on the top corners. The see-through plastic door had a six inch light scratch and two really big cracks in it. I can see this being an issue later after the crack starts expanding from heat inside the dryer. Then looking inside the dryer, there is a rust spot that has developed on the tumbler after being damaged inside. Needless to say that I didnt want it and got a refund. Their online description is deceiving, doesnt even to describe the true condition of the dryer. Sears doesnt even care that the owner is going to have issues down the road with the door and the tumbler and are just trying to get rid of it. That dryer should not be for sale in the condition that it is. No wonder that Sears is going out of business......

Sears outlet on Nova Rd. in Daytona Beach is an excellent store. Henry helped us to find a washer and dryer that we were looking for. When I got it home, I could not get the water to run into the machine. When I called Henry, he immediately downloaded the manual from the internet and started reading it over the phone , and between the two of us, we figured out my problem, had a great laugh about it, and he told me that he would keep the manual there for me, and to pick it up at my convenience. I have purchased a washer, refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, stove, microwave from this store and have never been disappointed. I recommend this Sears Outlet for the best service I have ever seen.......Thanks Henry and Team for a great experience everytime I come in........

The store has some good prices, but their employees do not care about the customers. When you ask a question they just look at you, I wanted to purchase a tractor that did not have a price listed. The "Sales Manager" said that he did not know. That I would have to talk to the store manager about it. I said I wanted to purchase the tractor and he said that he could not do anyting. I called the store manager twice and he never returned the calls. They should call this place "Sears Zombie outlet"

Went in there to do some comparative shopping, and the employee who assisted me was Cindy. She could not have been more helpful, patient, courteous and professional. She really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assist me in looking at products that fit my exact specifications. I will definitely go there again and woukd recommend this Sears Outlet to anyone! Thank you Cindy!

Went to buy refrigerator found one I really liked, the salesman told me to wait until Friday would be 10% off. . First thing Friday morning refrigerator was gone. Then I was told sale started Thursday. I understand its a outlet store but if I had known I would have been there Thursday. Very disappointed

The staff are always so helpful! I come in here several times a month, just to see whats new. They seem a little short staffed sometimes but everyone is doing the best they can and I never feel ignored, even when just browsing! I recommend this place to everyone I know!!

We bought a scratch & dent refrigerator here. The salesman was excellent, didnt try to upsell us something we didnt want. Functionally it is perfect, just a big old dent in the front we covered with a magnet. Ill be back next time we need an appliance.
