Poor communications regarding delivery. I scheduled a Saturday delivery and I never received an estimated delivery time. It is now 8:30pm and still no delivery. I called the store and all they could tell me was that I was scheduled for delivery today but it is now tonight. Pathetic. Well we waited until 1230am. No phone calls and NO WASHER & DRYER. Here it is Sunday morning and I think they are CLOSED. The sale is a failure, as far as im concerned, if any portion of the transaction is a failure. A GOOGLE Search also shows several issues with their extended warranty. You pay them for the extended warranty which is through a third party company but they never pay that third party company so you are paying for NOTHING! Seems this little zipper head PEK is ripping people off!

We recently purchased a new referigerator and range from Appliance Direct in Port St John. The Stove worked perfectly, however the referigerator water dispenser had two streams of water coming out of the fridge. We called the manager at the store David, he was very helpful and got someone out almost as fast as the same day delivery we got when we bought the items. We were up and running in no time at all :)

Good spot to buy appliances. I needed a new dishwasher as mine was leaking all over my kitchen. The salesman over there was great and even set me up with delivery and installation. The price was low and they installed my dishwasher the next morning. Id buy from them again just for the value they offer.
