My Christmas was ruined and all I got was a sorry.... I ordered my husband a 65 inch 4K LG tv. He knew what he was getting and was very excited. He told his buddies that game night will be at our house so everyone could check out his new tv. The day before Christmas he the three out our old (big screen tv) and set up a tv stand for his new Christmas gift. Christmas Day comes he opens his new tv puts it together only for the power cord to be missing. I called Best Buy a 13 time before I got an answer only for them to tell me that I could buy a universal cord. Why should I have to buy a cord that should have came with the tv? So not only did you ruin my Christmas now you want me to speed more money in your store for a product that should have been include. The tv was about $1500 after tax. For that amount of money. I should get what I paid for. I will NEVER shop here again.

Staff are very friendly and willing to help when you need it. I talked to one probably for a good half hour about various gadgets I was looking at from printers to monitors and laptops. Had another, briefer conversation with an associate in the TV section. Both were well versed in the gadgets they were trying to sell and were able to help answer all of the questions I had. Good job guys. Ill defiantly stop back here if I need some assistance with gadgets again.

Ive been sad to see the slow decline of BestBuy over the past few years. They have continued to increase prices, and decrease their stock. Gone are the computer parts and technology accessories, replaced by rows upon rows of televisions. Most of the staff here are exceptionally unknowledable in the technology field, and are willing to offer little assistance in located the small number of items they do still have.

Dealng with the geek squad and a manager , because of a problem with a tv I bought, was very bad. I was lied to by the geek squad and the manager i was trying to talk to was insane. I will never shop at best buy again in my life and I will tell anyone that asks me about what I went through and advise them to go elsewhere to shop

Chase was the best salesperson ever! He answered all our questions, made great recommendations. Took the time to demonstrate to us the product we were considering. He was informative, respectful and friendly. Plus, we got a great deal on our item and left the store with it in hand. Couldnt ask for anything more.

That is extremely attentive and you dont have to wait long for help even though they do work on non commissioned Everyone is always happy to help you even the customer service. Another really nice thing about Best Buy is that they price match so if you can find it at another local store that price match for you
