Wish I could leave zero stars. It looks like there are all kinds of horrible reviews on here and yet this place stays in business so Im not sure how much good this will do.. but it would almost be comical if I wasnt the one getting screwed here. They came to fix my refrigerator because I told them my ice wasnt dispensing. He said he could fix it but it but he would need to replace the "motor" and it would cost $216.. I agreed. The next after the ice filled up again I called them back to tell them it still wasnt working. So the technician came back and looked at the fridge. He then said he was going to have to think about it and left. No mention of when he was coming back. A week went by so I called the manager (Tony) and asked what was going on. He said he would have Jeff call me back. A few more days went by and Jeff finally surfaced and told me that the it needed another "motor" and that this would cost $260. I told him that was crazy and I would have never spent the money in the first place if I thought it was going to cost almost $500. He agreed it was crazy and said that if you added up all of the parts of a fridge it would cost like $12,000.. and we both agreed that you can buy a brand new fridge for $1200. So he told me he was going to check in his warehouse to see if he could pull one out of a used fridge and hed get back to me. Two weeks went by so I called back and asked for the manager to let him know what was going on. The manager (Tony) promised he would call me back twice and didnt. When I called him he talked over me and was very rude. I have all of the phone calls recorded if youd like to hear them and after three weeks he came back and said they couldnt find the part and that a new part would cost $230 and to let him know if I wanted them to come out and fix it. I reminded him that I already made it clear I wasnt going to do that and that him making me wait three weeks to must repeat back the same thing he said the first time we talked was unacceptable. Then I get a phone call from Jeff (the technician) who said weve got to work this out. He then proceeded to tell me once again why it needed two motors. I tried to explain to him that he told me he was sure that the fridge needed a motor the first time and it would fix the problem. Why on earth would I just believe him this time and continue to throw money at this after he admitted that you could easily spend $10,000 to fix a $1000 fridge and still refused to give me any kind of a guarantee it would fix the problem. Thats when he said can I talk to you man to man.. then asked if he could ask me a question.. and then out of nowhere he asked me if I was insane. It was the most bizarre thing I had every experienced. I told him that was done with the phone call and not to call me again and he started screaming "NO.. THIS PHONE CALL IS NOT OVER!" When I hung up he tried calling me right back. I didnt answer. *(AGAIN.. I HAVE THE ENTIRE THING ON TAPE).. then he sends me a text message and calls me ignorant and threatens to write a bad review of my company because I hung up on him.. This company is a total joke and I wouldnt go anywhere near them with a 10 foot pole.

Pretty terrible first experience with this company. The guys are all very nice and polite and they are quick to set up an appointment. Our dishwasher stopped working and we asked them to come out to see if they could fix it. They said they would be at our place at 1pm (Sep 27th). The technitian arrived at approx. 3pm. That was fine, I took the rest of the day off of work luckily i could. Once he got there he quickly came to the conclusion that the wash motor was the issue and gave me a quote and asked for a deposit of $100. Tipped 15. It took about a month for the technitian to respond only to ask what the model number of the dishwasher was again. Then another month to tell me that the part we needed was no longer made and that they couldnt do anything. They said I would get a refund. Again, back and forth to get the refund. Finally, over four months later I got a refund for 40 on feb 3, 2017. Had to step out of work a lot to get anywhere only to get back only a portion of what I paid. Not acceptable. Wasted a lot of time and money on this.

Terrible experience and customer service. I typically dont write reviews, but this was such a terrible experience I wanted to warn others. I purchased a washer and dryer a few months back. The washer didnt work right from the get go, they sent a technician out to fix it and that technician didnt properly reconnect the discharge line, completely flooding my second floor laundry room. Not only was my upstairs laundry and hall flooded, but the water got in between my floor joists and stained the ceiling below. I followed up with the owner and all I asked for him to repair was re-painting the spot on the ceiling, which I felt was more than reasonable. I was also willing to accept reimbursement to have it painted or let him use his own guy. On the phone he agreed to the repair, but its been months now and he has yet to answer or respond to the multiple phone calls and messages Ive left for him. I ended up having to dish out the cash out of my own pocket to have it fixed. This guy is a sorry excuse for a business owner.

The most despicable organization I have ever delt with. Sold us a broken refrigerator. Never worked from the start. Sent a repair man that made the fridge worse. Was promised a new replacement unit 10 days ago they dont answer their phone and when the do they lie to you. We lost $200 worth of food and $800 of diabetic medicine. They swore a replacement today was on the way and its 8pm and nothing. All they do is lie and not answer the phone or send it to some bizarre message service what does not exist . I guess We lost our payment ,delivery and lost food and meds. Now I see all the feedback is bad. DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS. Cant imagine how you people sleep at night. Calling the BBB and will file complaint and will be at store tomorrow for a complete refund tomorrow though they said no refunds just repair or swap that never happend. The place is sick and a bunch of lairs!!!!!!!!

I was initially very pleased with them. I purchased a washer and dryer for a really good price. When the dryer was delivered, however, the heating element did not work. I have called several times as they have a 90-day warranty on their equipment and no one showed. The first day, I was promised that they would show in 24 hours. The next day, their phone was busy all day and when I finally reached them, they attempted to tell me that I shouldve called before 6pm and then promised that theyd come the next day. They didnt show and then promised the next day! They didnt show, of course, and then they told me the manager would arrive in a few hours. No call, no show, and not answering their phone. They finally showed after I posted the review above so our equipment does work. Make sure you know someone else that can repair equipment.
