THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! Give the a star only because it wont let you review with out it but -100 horrible !!! Ive tried to work with them the worst buy!!!! They are so nice when you are there to buy but. 1st. Delivery was a headache!! They didnt even wanted to put the washer and dryer on it place. 2nd. Called the place back there where RUDE!!! Didnt wanted to help. 3rd.the refrigerator didnt worked from day one!!!! Called back they said buy new filter. It dont worked!! The washer and dryer lasted 2 weeks y keep on calling the ppl but they ignored my calls and when I called from other phones as soon as he heard my voice hang up.!!! When they finaly answer they said they would charge me $60 for going to my place and the repairs. That the most they can help with was half price of the pieces need it for the repair and if there was no fixing to bad they couldnt do nothing. I wanted to call the cops because I was so upset I was out of $1600 and on top he wanted to charge me more. I recorded them giving their excuses and agreeing that they messed up because THEY SOLD ME BAD THING OR POORLY FIXED. But my husband said it was worthless taking them to court only because we should of known better a shoddy place that dont even take cards. Well I hope this helps to other to stop buying there TOTAL FRAUD!!!!! Honestly I wanted to give them a chance but it was the worst total wasted of my money please people dont waste your money take my experience and all the ppl whom review FRAUD! RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE !! WASTED MY MONEY !AND ON TOP OF THAT READ CAREFULLY THEY POLICY IT BASICALLY SAID THEY DONT COVER SH**T AND THEY IGNORE YOU UNTIL LATE THE POLICE RUNS OUT !!!!! STAY AWAY !!! AND YES AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!

We had the WORST exprince ever. It is too the point it is hard to support a black own business, gantes I know all is not the same. The owner give us a bad name. He sold me a bad fridge. We rented a truck and paid someone to help us move it. Got home it would not work. Called him to tell him and he said he would come out to check it. He agreed it did not work and we get another one. He told us he will be charging a delivery fee despite had the original one worked we wouldnt need another one. I was upset he said its his business and he can run it his way. I defuse the situation because hell I needed a fridge and had spent all this money on one along with a stove. We paid $60 to have it delivered and guess what he only sent one person to do so. Guess what that meant we had to help along with my neighbor, why so many people you asked? You guessed it the delivery guy was DRUNK! When he saw we tequila he said I want a shot as he was opening the bottle to do so but of course not before he messed up our doorway. My boyfriend told him the fridge could not fit through but he insisted pulling it through. When we told him he said oh just get a little paint. I want to help support us but this guy really makes it hard. P.S. A warning sign could have been when his elder came in to complain and he was actually disrespectful and his choice of words....WOW!!! Just thought should know before you buy!!!

We bought a washing machine from Budget about a month ago. I asked if it worked before I bought it and of course they said it did. After much complaining from the delivery driver that he had to work with a woman to bring up the washing machine to my home, I finally got it all hooked up. This washing machine is clearly broken. On the spin cycle it makes really loud noises. The man I bought it from came by to take a look at it and his suggestion instead of fixing it was for me not to wash many clothes at once. He was clearly just being lazy and didnt want to fix it. I didnt have time to deal with this issue since there shouldnt have been one in the first place and now they will only fix it for a charge. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE WORKED, YOU LIED. This is poor business I wouldnt recommend buying from here because your really dont know what youre are going to get. I even gave them my old washer. So much for trying to support local..

Is there a rating lower than a 1 star?, that is what this guys deserve. Contacted budget appliance and theY sent a technician to my house. I was charge $80 for service fee which I was told will cover my complete appliance diagnostic. Technician told the problem with my appliance was a relay switch that cost $70. Changed the switch and later started to complain about freon. He keep adding freon until he blew my condenser. Technician charged me $269 but reported only $152 to his manager. I contacted the company, the manager wouldnt listen and he manager wouldnt acknowledge his technician changed anything on my freezer. All the manager was interested in was to get copies of my invoice so he could confront his technician about not reporting correct amount of money he collected from me. Beware these guys will destroy your appliance.

The worst experience EVER!!!! They truly cater to the demographic in which theyre located, Freedom Dr..... Purchased a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, it wasnt; then again on Monday morning, still no refrigerator.. After calling and getting hung up on several times, I had to get law enforcement involved to even get some form of resolution... The store representative was very unprofessional, not well groomed, and highly rude and belligerent. The owner was rude and condesending as well... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL..They treat their customers as if all customers are from the hood or slumps. Some black owned businesses you cannot support no matter how hard you try... If youre not from that side of town, please stay away... My lesson is learned..

I had a great experience with Larry when I bought my washing machine and dryer last year in October? They are working like a champ! I went back and bought a refrigerator in April had some problems with it they came and pick it up for a small fee (beer money) and called me and said they were just going to replace it and delivered me back an upgraded refrigerator! Now thats what I call excellent service and value thanks Larry!

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. Employees where very helpful. (I worked with Larry) after purchase I had minor issue with dryer. A tech came to my home and showed me how to properly use appliance (clearly I was doing it wrong lol) and I have not had any other problems since.I was not charged anything additional... I would come here again for my next appliance purchase. Thanks Larry!!!

Was supposed to have fridge delivered on Saturday but didnt get it till Monday after I finally got it myself. All my food was spoiled. When they helped me put it in the back of my truck they dropped the frdge and had a huge dent in it. They pretended nothing happened and wouldnt do anything about it. Im never shopping there again.
