Spent over $8000 dollars on all new appliances. Delivery came late in the evening while I was working, but my girlfriend was home. They didnt deliver the fridge and have no idea when it will be in, even though they guaranteed it was in stock when we purchased it. The stove was installed at the wrong height for our counter tops (slide in glass top to mimic built in). The microwave sits in its box in the kitchen although we paid for installation because the installer said he didnt have time at 6 in the evening to do his job. Ive called many times about our problems and have gotten nothing resolved in 3 weeks. Ive talked with my sales person, a sales manager, and the machine a dozen times. Do not waste your time with these people unless you can do all the moving of the appliances and install them, assuming they even show up. Im about to return the whole deal, as its all still in the box because of these lazy incompetent practices...

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the level of service and lack of customer service. The technician was supposed to call 30minutes ahead of arrival time but called right when he is standing at the front door. So of course no one was at home since we were expecting his call, hence the technician didnt bother to wait and packed up and left. So we had the hassle of arranging for a 3rd appointment with the technician. Unfortunately, they make many promised when making the sales which will go unfulfilled, so prepare to be disappointed.
