I purchased a kitchen appliance package in stainless steel from Appliance Warehouse in Cocoa. The refrigerator was one with 2 doors at the top and the freezer on bottom and I love it. I like that I can fit so much in the refrigerator. I got a stove that has convection I havent used the convection part yet but I have done a lot of cooking in it and it is great. I also got the microwave and dishwasher and everything looks great in the kitchen. I shopped other used places and by far Appliance Warehouse had the nicest and cleaned used appliances they make them look as if they are new. About a month after I received the appliances the ice maker stopped working I understand things happen and its not their fault. I called them and they had a gentleman out here the next day and had it fixed within a week. Great service from these guys from start to finish. I will be sending friends and family here for sure.

Vapor Fumes

I am retracting MY last review on this company, they have truly showed their PROFESSIONAL Business practice! THANK YOU!!!!! Back 4 months ago I had a problem with my refrigerator, Bob called me back and sent out his repair person to fix my refrigerator within 3 days. Just recently I had another problem and Bob called me on Monday morning and asked what was wrong? I explained to him the problem and within a few hours he had his repair person come out to my shop even though it was OUT OF WARRANTY and fixed the refrigerator. Thank you for your promptness of getting this fixed even though it was out of warranty. If you are looking for a company to purchase your appliances I highly recommend Appliance Warehouse!

Appliance Warehouse is fantastic. My Wife and I highly encourage anybody that wants a great deal on an appliance to give Appliance Warehouse a shot at your business. Robert and his team are first rate, and we saved a ton of cash by working with them. (Please Note: This is a review correction as I had left a review for Appliance Direct on this companys review site by mistake. I was telling a friend how much we liked Appliance Warehouse, and when they pulled up their reviews they saw that I had left a review that made it look as if we did not care for the place all that much. When I moved to the Cocoa area, I rented an apartment that had a washer and dryer hookup. Bob was able to help set me up with a very nice washer and dryer set and they delivered it promptly. When I moved into a house that had a washer and dryer already supplied, I contacted Bob to see if he would be interested in picking up the washer and dryer to see if he could possibly use them for parts or resell them. They actually came and picked up the washer and dryer and bought them off of me. I highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.

By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. We purchased a broken fridge and its now over a year later and they STILL havent fixed it yet. They give us the run around ever time we call to get answers. They keep saying they are waiting on a part but it never comes in. Save yourself and dont buy anything from this place. If it breaks or doesnt work right they wont fix it and youll just have to end up spending more money to buy a new one or get it fixed.
