I had been looking for a 2013 - 14 Mercedes Benz C300 for my wife for the past 6 weeks. We had test driven 6 or 7, & made offers of 4 or 5, but had not found the right" one. After looking at dealerships in Louisville, Lexington, Chicago, Indianapolis and even in Virginia, we still had not found the "right " one. Last Thursday I was returning to Louisville from a business strip to Illinois which took me thru Indianapolis, so I thought Id try to stop by Fishers to see their inventory of C300s. I phoned and spoke with Peyman and he said they close at 7:00 PM but they would stay until I arrived. At 7:30, I arrived and was greeted by Amir who was very cordial and helpful. I did not find the "right " c300, so I went on my way, but before I did, was given a fresh coffee for my drive to Louisville and asked to check back with them. The following Wednesday I checked their website and found they had a new arrival of a C300 that looked to potentially be the "right" one for my wife. I phoned immediately and spoke with Adam who advised me Amir would call me back, which he did within 15 minutes. We negotiated a very competitive price, contingent upon my inspection and acceptance. I immediately drove the 120 miles up to the dealership and was met by Adam and Amir. Amir was apologetic for the condition of the rims and a few small areas of normal "road rash". I accepted the car AS IS and completed the paperwork, but Amir asked if I could leave the car until this Saturday as he wanted to have the rims detailed and the road rash areas touched up. Today (Saturday) my wife and I arrived to pick up the car, and the rims looked brand new, and the road rash areas were non existent! Above and Beyond expectations is what I think of as I write this long winded review. Fishers Imports will likely be the dealer I buy my next vehicle from, and I highly recommend them. Thanks again to Amir and Adam for helping me find the right auto for my wife. ,

From the minute I walked in the door to months after I have made my first purchase with Fishers Imports, I appreciate the experience I had there. Peyman and Amir are very professional, polite individuals that make you feel welcome the minute you meet them. The same can be said for the entire staff of people that work with them. I approached them several months ago not quite sure what I was looking for. They let me wander the lot without any unnecessary supervision or pressure (which I greatly appreciated). The things that impressed me the most about their inventory is how absolutely clean the pre-owned vehicles are. I saw no noticeable dents, dings, chips, road rash, etc on any of the cars. Test drives were easily arranged and painless. I wanted a combination of the features of a couple of the cars they had on the lot, and was not sure if I could get them all in one vehicle. Again, it was incredible easy to explain what I was looking for; make, year, color, interior, engine, etc and they told me that they would find it quickly. After a phone conformation that they had located a vehicle with all the features I wanted, they had it delivered to their location and I was allowed to inspect it even before it was prepped. The owners were even pickier and more detail oriented than I was and would later detail items that I had not noticed. (The door jams were waxed!) When they had satisfactorily prepped the vehicle to their expectations, I was informed that the vehicle was ready for me to pick up. It was immaculate! Financing, extended warranty sale, etc are all offered and not forced on to you. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Fishers Imports. I know I’ll be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well.

Not a great experience at all. Let me start off by saying that they definitely price their cars aggressively. Its the only reason I considered this dealership in the first place even though it was roughly 700 miles from where I live. I called about the vehicle and the first thing they told me that it was not ready because it was in the shop for "scratches". Which I found suspicious because the vehicle looked in perfect condition in all of the photos. So I told them I would think about it and call them back. I wait a few days than call them back and ask about the "scratches" one more time, and he elaborates the wheel is scratched and the tire rod needs to be replaced because of an incident with a curb. Well that escalated quickly. Despite the damage to the vehicle he promised me the work was being done by a BMW dealership so I let it slide. We came to a verbal agreement on the phone about a price we both thought was reasonable and agreed that we would continue the transaction. He said he would email me the paperwork and than we could go from there. Three days past without paperwork or a phone call. Turns out he sold the car to someone else even though he we agreed on a deal. The whole experience was sketchy to say the least. The guy on the phone never followed up and his story always seemed to change regarding the condition of the vehicle. Not someone I would like to do business with. Although I do not have any proof I suspect the damage to the vehicle was done while under the dealerships care judging by the time the ad was posted and when the vehicle was in the shop. I really wish I had the experience the other reviewers posted about it. But sadly that was not the case.

My experience was probably a bit different from others. I went to Fishers Imports to purchase a used SmartCar to fit onto my trailer that I plan to haul behind my motorhome. When I looked at the vehicle, I asked the salesman about the width of the car to ensure that it would fit. According to his information it would, so I proceeded to purchase the car. The sales process was very smooth, friendly, and comfortable. When asked about discounts, they shared with me their cost of the vehicle to prove that they had given me the best discount possible. As I did not have my trailer with me, I returned home to Martinsville to get the trailer and returned to pick up the car. Unfortunately, the car would not fit onto the trailer defeating the purpose of getting the car. They were disappointed as well that it did not meet my requirements and were willing to deliver the car to my home. After some discussion with my wife, we decided that it would not be feasible to get the car after all. When I asked to cancel the sale, they were very understanding as they knew of my requirements and reasons for getting the car in the first place and they agreed to cancel the sale even though they were not legally obligated to do so. This courtesy that they extended proves their willingness to establish good customer relationships even if it means not making a sale. So, even though I did not purchase one of their autos, I highly recommend them. My sales associate, Terry, was very friendly and genuine as were the others on the staff with whom I interacted. When I am ready for another auto, I will certainly go to them first.
