I was on my vacation for a week when i visited this Publix when every time I came in, it seems like either some of the employees have a chip on their shoulder or they dont want to be there working. One day I was in the deli ordering lunch meat and a heavy set male helped me out. Unfortunately, when he saw me at the counter, he was further down talking with another employee and he was agitated because I was there to shop for lunch meat. On another day, I had a cashier with the name Princess on her name tag ringing up my groceries and it seem like she hated me being there. After she completed my transaction, my groceries were still on the counter not in bags and she just stared at me. I guess she expected me to bag my groceries even though I only had six items. She eventually bagged my groceries and when I attempted to place the bags in the basket, another employee took my cart and took it back to the entrance. I shop in Publix every week back home and the employees are always pleasant. Not this one though.

Lady in the deli was rude when I asked her to box 8 pieces of chicken rather than take one from the heat lamp. I explained that I had a long drive and wanted the freshest. As I tried to lighten up the situation with nice/nice banter she never said another word to me... Everyone else in the store was as pleasant and helpful as always.

Definitely the best place to shop on the lake. The staff is all extremely nice. The store is very well kept and organized. They also have some fantastic sales! They always seem to be a bit pricier than Ingles, however they are still a fantastic place to shop!

The cashier was rude and did not welcome me but did however talk to the customer before me and then started a conversation with the customer behind me before finishing my transaction and didnt even say a word to me as he handed me my change. Just rude.

Always super helpful and always pleasant! Anytime I take my daughter with me, someone not only offers without being prompted if she would like a balloon (which she loves!), but stops what theyre doing to get her a balloon in the color of her choice.

I went to buy 6 items today, this store only had three on the shelves. These were were common items like Publix Petite Diced Tomatoes land Lipton Diet Ice tea in the 12 pack size.

The fried chicken from the Deli is top self. Some of the chicken regulars could learn a thing or two from Publix.
