Irene is a terrible woman who hates customer service. I was treated so terribly at this store by her, and some middle aged cashier who always looks like she is upset customers are in the store, stood behind her as she embarrassed me in front of other customers today because I wanted to run 4 transactions instead of one. I will not return to this store. The store manager called and apologized for her behavior, but he should of had her call and apologize. Cant ask her to do that though, because shed have to admit that she needed to apologize. 5 minutes down the road is a Kroger. Longer lines, but hey, no one will try and show me how much authority they have at their job, by trying to embarrass me, and not provide me with ANY customer service. I walked out without purchasing anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Big customer for about 7 years. I like the store. Liquor store clerks are nice and helpful. Pharmacy is good as well. 4 stars. BAD: Front end needs some Customer service help. Not enough registers open and it is inconvenient to ring myself up. I do not wish to work there but to shop there. Get a few dirty looks from some of the front end "regulars" if I seem put out by ringing myself up and bagging a CART full of groceries. There should not be ONE register open on a Friday afternoon. 1 star

Store is old, gross, and small.. There prices are high, they tend to keep food paste its date, nothing is cleaned out.. Anything requiring refrigeration should be purchased elsewhere, as i have consistently gone here for a gallon of milk only to find it had expired due to bad smell, even though the date might be good.. Which makes me believe they dont have good refrigeration, or things are being left out before being re-stocked.. The Store on Avery and Sawmill are WAY better..

Rude costumer service, they dont care about their costumer, I am in the middle of checking out and the cashier went to other cashier to help him. I dont mind her helping Him but maybe she can say excuse me and I will be back. When Im done paying, she said have a great day but never put my grocery bags in the cart. She just watched me do it. I didnt know her name because she dont have a name tag. I shopped at the one in perimeter drive and they were friendly.

This place is always a breeze to get in and out of. I dont really shoo here unless im at my grandmothers and we need something from the store. Clean, well organized, and there is never a long wait in line, if there is a wait at all. There bakery is amazing! There are always a bunch of options. Sadly, giant eagle is a lot but on the pricy and if the specteum, but I guess that is us paying for the hassle free shopping experience!

A little more expensive than the Kroger and Meijer, but this place is worth the trip! I had never been to a Giant Eagle before and stopped in out of curiosity. I was able to find specialty things, like Pomi tomatoes and Fontinella cheese, that I have not been able to find anywhere else! Plus I can still do my regular grocery shopping. The people working at the cheese counter and my cashier were also very helpful.

Staff in this store are rude. Ive had multiple bad experiences with staff at the deli counter. They act as if youre bothering them. I actually waited over 5 minutes at the self scan once because of a malfunction, and they werent eve busy. There was just no cashiers to be found to help. I stopped going to this location and started going to perimeter. Its a much nicer store and the staff are way friendlier

Cons: Prices are much higher than other grocery stores. They do not have what Im looking for half of the time. I dont shop there enough, so the store clerks get upset with me when I use someone elses Giant Eagle card and give them points from my purchase. Pros: Their bakery items are really fresh and taste great. They have a better variety of flavors for cupcakes than other grocery stores.

Consistently disappointing produce selection. They provide only the basics, and even then, not many, and not in great condition. (How hard is it to keep fresh lettuce and potatoes? Geez.) The service is always a little bit off, and the store is pretty small and cramped. Its fine for basic items. Usually.

The store was clean. A bit pricey for some products.... the cashier asked if we had a shopping card but we didnt because we were traveling... did she help us out and give us the sales or scan a store card, no....staff we encountered were not friendly at all, however, Girl in pharmacy was very nice.

They are liars and racist at this Giant Eagle. they will lie to your face and then not shake your hand because youre a different colored skin tone than they are. If I could give them less than one star I would and I left a massive complaints on them. never shop at Giant Eagle ever again

A neighborhood store with the basics. Friendly, pleasant front-end staff who do what they can with the apparent high turnover. Gets the job done. Prices can be fairly high compared to nearby Wal-Marts, but other than that, its passable.

I love shopping at Giant Eagle. However, the hot foods department always seems to run out of food and NOT prepare more. If you get to this department by 1pm or 2pm chances are they wont have what you want or need.

This is the smallest Giant Eagle Ive ever been to in Central Ohio. The selection is smaller than most other Giant Eagles, but it still has everything you need. It has a real neighborhood feel to it.

Terrible dry cleaning. Suit had lint all over and some of the clothes were folded damp. The clothes did not smell like they were cleaned . They do a terrible job for the price overall

Only come to this Giant Eagle if you have plenty of time to WAIT in line. Not sure what the differnce in giant eagle staffing policy, but this one NEVER has enough cashiers on duty.

In general this store sucks. Only good for last minute things you forgot and long John donuts. Prices are high and store feels like 1995 outside the exterior and produce areas.

I visit this location once or twice a week. Clean, organized and has fresh produce. I love the gas perks!! Loses a point because pharmacy doesnt always carry my prescriptions.

Ive been to several Giant Eagles in the area and this one seems the smallest and most cramped. Doesnt seem to have the same selection as others as well.
