MY FIRST EXPERIENCE I worked with Bill, and I had a great experience. They dealt with my ignorance on buying a new car and didnt make me feeL stupid. One thing that was weird about my first experience: THEY MAKE YOU GIVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING THE CAR, TO COVER THEIR BUSINESS AND MAKE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY (what I did the first time until I realized what the bussiness was really like) ****UPDATE**** SOMETHING I LEARNED LONG AFTER MY PURCHASE is that my car is likely to have been in 2 wrecks!! I moved to Texas a little after getting a new car, now while the salesman is nice and all he told me the car hasnt been in wrecks at all... When I moved to Texas I learned that was a lie when I talked to a really good friend of mine that is also a mechanic. He wouldnt lie to me and I had to have him work on my car because of the many problems I was having (the problems were specific to my model) anyway he told me that the car had been in wrecks and it was pretty obvious to him. Sadly I am not picky and even though I noticed a couple of things while purchasing the car (gas cap cover wont shut and there was a crack in the windshield) I didnt say anything because frankly I just wanted a new car that was better than my old one. I dont appreciate that the salesman didnt tell me of the wrecks and showed me a Carfax stating there were no wrecks when there were. I thought I was working with trustworthy people... Guess not. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE TAKE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS A LOT ABOUT CARS TO INSPECT IT OR SOMETHING SO YOU DONT GET TRICKED LIKE ME AND THEN STUCK WITH THE PROBLEMS. Also, the owner is very sneaky and bribes customers to take down their bad reviews so he can continue having a highly rated business...

I found a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Mega Cab with the 5.9L for an awesome price! I searched for weeks and traveled a lot only to find trucks that werent exactly as they were shown online. (ie more rust than shown, bad suspension, check engine lights, etc). When I called Next Auto Sales Inc, I talked to Steve Erny and I asked him if there was any rust or major issues with the truck. He told me there was some rust, not a surprise for a 2006 Illinois truck, and that there were no mechanical issues. I proceeded to make a time to check out the truck and when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that what was described to me on the phone and online were very true! The truck was exactly what I wanted. Steve (sales) and Randy Jeschke (President) hashed out a deal with my trade in and a final price I was happy with. I did not finance through Next Auto Sales Inc, but they were ready if I wanted to go that route. There was no pressure on the sale, which I greatly appreciated. I was there for about 5.5 hours due to the waiting game with the home bank I went through, but during my wait they offered me soda, water, food, etc. I declined, but was thankful for their hospitality. I would gladly buy from Next Auto Sales Inc again. My wife is looking for a new car and I told her to check out Next Auto Sales Inc. Overall the experience was great, they do not beat around the bush, and do not have the pressure of selling like some other car lots. By the way, their cars I looked at, while waiting, were all priced well and were in good shape. Thanks again Next Auto Sales Inc!

Me and my wife were looking for a mini van since beginning of the April most of the people we contacted over the phone said all positive things about there vehicles, when we went to see, found 50% negative things as they had posted. Finally we found Next Auto Sales and the vehicle we were looking for, we called Next Auto Sales and Talk to Mr. Randy , next day we went to see the vehicle and found exact condition as we told by Mr. Randy it took us less then half an hour to finalize our purchase because of Mr. Randys salesmanship and honesty Mr. Randy was very helpful, I never ever had offered after sales Insurance warranty on used vehicles but Next Auto sales has given us after sales Insurance warranty for 3 months in addition, in future I will go to them again and I recommend to everyone who would like to purchase a vehicle must to go to Next Auto Sales, I personally appreciate and thanks to Mr. Randy and staff members for there help and honesty. Thank you Next Auto Sales.

I bought a GMC Yukon Denali about a year ago at this dealership, the check engine light came on so I took it to the GMC dealership mechanic about 3 months ago and thats where they told us that the vehicle had painted seats and the bottom step should go up so snow wouldnt get jammed and have that step ripped off which it has never worked, and they also told us that the vehicle does not display all the miles it has and it most likely never has so basically we bought a piece of s***. I had to change my review just watch out you guys because not everything is as pretty as it seems. Compre una troka en este dealership hace un ano, ala troka ce le prendio la luz del motor haci que la lleve al mecanico de GMC y ayi me dijieron que me dieron gato por liebre por que los asientos estavan pintados, los escalones que ce deven de suvir solos no sirven, y la troka tenia mas millas en ella alo que indicava. Con cuidado si van aqui. Suerte.

Christi was very helpful and very easy to deal with, will go back again anytime. Update. A couple hours after i left the dealer the check engine light came on. Randy said he would take care or it and he supposedly did but keeps coming on after 2 time in the shop and it started overheating. And the 4x4 needed to be serviced and i checked it when i test drove it he said he would take care of it. Again went to the shop and came back said it was all good then first snow we had tryed it and still needed to be serviced. So over all the first 2 week i had my car they had it more than me and was in the shop 3 times and none of the problems got fixed they just clear the codes. Would not buy here again and strongly recommend that no one else buys here. And its been almost 2 months and still havent gotten my title in the mail. Buyer remorse

5 Star Dealer, and I will tell you why! the most important thing I cant stress enough, is they are not pushy or give you the wrong feel during you car buying experience like most major corporations tend to do!! nobody wants to be pressured into anything which is why I believe most people dislike car shopping. second, next auto is very good at working with their customers in a friendly, professional and meaningful way. dont hesitate to ask them anything. they will gladly answer your questions which only makes you feel more comfortable in the purchase you are thinking about. Overall best experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I will be continuing to buy all my vehicles from next auto sales and encourage everyone I know to follow the same path!! Thanks Guys.
