DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owners are despicable, crooked, liars! I was looking into buying one of their cars and wanted to have it inspected by my mechanic before I bought. When my mechanic called to setup an appointment, one of the owners proposed that he bring the car over to him so he could take him for a ride and show him how "good" of a car it was. The Countryside owner then expected my mechanic to tell me that he had fully inspected the car even though he didnt. Luckily, my mechanic has a conscience and IS trustworthy. He repeatedly denied the Countryside owners request even when he insisted on it FIVE times. Turns out, my mechanic used to own a shop that shared space with one of the Countryside owners many other failed dealerships. He had MANY horror stories to tell of the poor quality cars that the owners sold to the poor people who made the mistake of believing them. My mechanic said he saw many young women in tears after the cars they bought from the Countryside owners broke down within weeks of purchasing them. My mechanic actually ended up moving his business away from these guys because their lack of business ethics was causing he himself to lose business. So, do yourself a BIG favor and steer clear of these guys. Do NOT even step foot on their lot. Im going to buy my mechanic a case of beer for saving my ass!

I think this is my first time ever leaving a negative review for someone... I purchased a 2006 Ford F150 and I had it for just about 30 days when the fuel pump went. I was broke down on the side of the road and called Countryside to ask the details of my warranty and if they could help in anyway. I was very polite and I did not call expecting or demanding that they fix the truck. I just needed to know so I could make arrangements for the truck to be fixed. The response was "The person you need to talk to is very busy and doesnt have time for this, you also have to understand that we are going to charge you 300-500 just to figure out what is wrong with the truck." In the last few days I have made several other attempts to call I have remained professional and patient and no one is returning my calls. In my last call I spoke to a mechanic that said "the person you need to talk to is standing right here but you have to understand we have customers." I ended up having the fuel pump replaced the cost was 600.00. I never heard back from Countryside. I understand that this was probably just bad luck but I couldnt even get them to call me back and let me know if I had any warranty or coverage since it happened so soon after I purchased the truck.

Be VERY careful when buying from here....I purchased a 2003 Jaguar X-type from this place a few years ago that looked to be IMMACULATE. Detailed very well, low miles, and in seemingly great condition. Great price. I even asked the owner if anything was wrong with it....nope, supposed to be in great condition. I got it home and realized the front of the rocker panel by the door hinge was completely rusted/rotted away on the passenger side. I can only blame myself for not spotting it sooner, however I have no doubt the dealer knew it existed before he sold it to me and simply didnt mention it in order to close the sale. Many of these vehicles have odd history behind them if you do a KBB or Autocheck on them....titled in several different states, almost all of them are auction vehicles. Just be careful. I wont be back after their dishonesty.

Went in to buy a vehicle, guy didnt have any knowledge of the vehicles that were on his lot. Lied about an Acura we came to look at, we were told last week it would be back by Monday, the man today said it just got sent in yesterday. When we test drove a car didnt ask to look at our IDs or anything just handed us the keys, so do they not care whose in or driving their cars? Odd. Then when I specifically asked about a car that didnt have a price on it yet he shook his head and said no that one is going to be way more expensive. How do you know what our budget was? We were never asked what our budget was or what we were looking for. Horrible sales. We drove from Sheboygan specifically for a car that was on your lot, which we would have bought if we would have been treated like we mattered.

Awesome Experience I was able to browse the lot without being hounded by a salesperson. When I was ready to get more details and test drive a couple cars, Liz was available to help and was very knowledgeable. Liz helped me find the car that fit my needs, while never pressuring or "Selling" me. Once I found the correct car, the purchase process was simple, fast and respectful. The "no-haggle" pricing model was a breath of fresh air - I got a fair price for the car I bought and a fair price for my trade-in. The prices arent inflated like most dealerships, so whether I had a trade or not I knew I was getting a fair deal. I actually enjoyed the experience at Countryside, whereas my past buying experiences at other dealerships left me exhausted and frustrated.

Was interested in a vehicle that had a salvage title on it. I knew that before going in there. I wanted to test drive the vehicle and was told I couldnt because they were pretty confident that I wouldnt be able to finance it with a bank because of the title issue. They assumed I had no other means of purchasing it! Absolutely no customer service besides telling me to leave basically. Not sure what kind of experience they have in selling cars but its not your traditional, hospitable, service oriented way. Good luck to Countryside!

I found my car online. Called to confirm they still had it and set up test drive for the next morning. After checking out some of the features and showing me how to adjust seats, mirrors and steering wheel I was on my way. And a few directions. Should mention I travelled from Milwaukee and it was worth the drive. First time I bought a car and felt good about the whole experience. I will recommend them to family and friends, in fact my sister is hoping they have her next car. Happy buying :)

First i want to say I live 2.5 hours away. I called on Thursday knowing that I couldnt make it down until Monday. They held the SUV for me. Bought a SUV. When I got home I had a little issue with it. I called them to let the know about my issue, and they took care of it. I didnt have to drive it back. They just had me take it to the local shop, and they would take care of the rest. All I can say for me, this was great!

We were on the hunt for a used Fiat and were in Sheboygan and a Craigslist listing was a disappointment when we called countryside they were already closed but someone answered the phone. They accommodated us having the husband come back to show us the car. No pressure, allowed a test drive w/o documentation and were able to do the deal still that day since we were from madison.
