I would give zero stars if I could. NEVER take your dog there to be groomed. I took my Shep/lab mix there to have her nails done and be brushed. The lady that waited on me was rude from the start and didnt seem to want to be bothered. I should have left as soon as I saw her bending a dogs leg the wrong way while clipping its nails. Long story short she took my dog back, dragging her bc she was scared. They proceeded to lift her up on a table by bear hugging her. I told them she was older before they took her back. I heard my dog screaming and yipping in pain across the store. I walked back over towards the grooming area and a guy started banging on the glass to get my attention. As I started to walk over the lady that originally waited on comes flying out dragging my dog and says "yea shes to aggressive she tried to bite one of my groomers in the face" she then threw the leash at me and stormed away. Maybe they should hire more experienced people to groom animals. You dont lift a 78lb dog by wrapping your arms around all their legs. I will never go back again. Took her to my vet 10 min after and they had no issues with her at all. They said she didnt do a thing. EDIT: After reading other reviews. It seems the woman name was Denise. She should not be working around animals.

Take my dog there normally to get her nails cut, and always enjoyable. Except this last time, if you take your dog into get clipped make sure a women name DENISE isnt working on your dog. I left to pay the bill, and came back she didnt know I was back in the room, and the way she was yelling and speaking to my dog was ridiculous. Once she saw I was there her attitude changed dramatically. I spoke to the manager and I hope she gets fired. Until she is fired I will no longer be taking my dog here.

We recently bought a lizard from this store. It is the 3rd small pet we have bought from this store. However, this time the store associate spent a lot of time with us. Ray went showed us each type of gecko, what kind of care they required, the different types of habitats. Overall, he was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of his time.

Took my Yorkie pup for her 1st grooming yesterday. Pika is 5 months old & doesnt sit still for a min! The staff was wonderful! Amanda did a great job with my baby. Will be seeing them again!

Came in to get fish and had to wait 20 minutes for any one to come back to the fish section after asking 3 different people for help. And each one said they knew nothing about fish.

Went to look for a parakeet they had about 10 and tom was very helpful and patient answered all my questions and then some very impressed with the store cleanliness
