I cannot say enough wonderful things about this PetSmart and the staff and management. I recently purchased a guinea pig there and had to take him back to be treated for an Upper Respiratory Infection, the staff was wonderful. The took him to a vet that treats small mammals, he was put on an antibiotic, they kept him for about a week. The played with him and treated him so good. They called me with updates and any time that I called there to check on him, they were so professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff about guinea pigs. The day I picked him up to come home, they told me that if I had any questions to just give them a call. Thank you to all the staff/management for a wonderful experience.

We LOVE our pup Buddys Veterinarian Dr Rachel Cachero and her staff especially Erin! Being so young and mischievous, Buddy unfortunately had and gave his first big scare. He had a terrible fall and broken 3 bones in his little baby paw. With the needed and much preferred surgery being so expensive, we of course wasnt certain or sure we would be able to keep him after only just recently getting him. This was very saddening. But with the tremendous most gracious help of Dr. Rachel Cachero and Erin in finding a way for us to get Buddys surgery and to keep him, they made what seemed impossible possible. We will be most forever thankful and couldnt have asked for a better Veterinarian and staff!

Our puppy has been coming here to get his nails cut once a month since he was a little younger thanks three months. Hes a year now. Our pup HATES trimming his nails. He turns from a calm, lovable dog to a super anxious, nervous nippy lunatic. He whines really bad, will nip, and shakes really bad. I hate getting it done but the Petsmart people do such a great job. They take their time, they talk calmly to him, and give him treats. Havent gone anywhere else because of how much of a hassle he is, but theyve always done a great job and get his nails super short.

This is by far the worst PetSmart Ive ever been to. No one is ever willing to help with finding an item and should you find someone to ask a question, its as if youve so rudely interrupted them. They are beyond pushy for customers to sign up for a PetPerks card regardless of declining due to not wanting to give out any personal information. One rude cashier even called me "old school" for not signing up for a PetPerks card. We will be taking our business else where. Care-a-Lot is a million times better with exceptional customer service.

We bought a Guinea pig from this place. The worker explained to us Guinea pigs dont need a companion. So after a week our guinea pig still wouldnt come out of his house and just pee himself as soon as we pick him up. So after some research we learned that Guinea pigs should have a friend. We bought another Guinea pig from Petsmart. The second was friendlier and not so shy and now they come out of the house and whistle and ate very happy. Other than this obviously wrong advice itd a great store for animal supplies

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The groomers on the other hand, keeps the area very filthy. Its the dirtiest petsmart in HR when it comes to the grooming. I hate that my dog had to spend 8 hours without food or water to get a bath. He caught pneumonia from a suck dog there. Im currently looking for someone who groom in their home now. I definitely do not want my pet to get sick because petsmart runs a filthy grooming salon.

Sales are NOT clearly explained. Sale is buy 10 cans of Muse cat food and get 2 free. I asked clerk if that was in the register. She said that when you buy 10 cans then you get 2 more cans free so you really get 12 cans. So I had to go back to the aisle and get two more cans and she rang them up in advance so I didnt need to go thru the line again. If I hadnt asked her I never would have received the sale I was trying to buy.

I had a delightful experience here. I popped in on a whim one day to get my dog treats and a crate, I left with an appointment for obedience classes with one of their trainers. The training session was a blast and my dog was a model student. I would absolutely recommend this location to all pet owners. Nancy, my trainer, was awesome and is even looking into helping me find a puppy for my fur-baby to have as a companion.

Went to purchase small crickets for my lizard and there werent any small crickets and almost no large. I have been here many times recently and they havent had any. When I inquired about this the lady replied "people buy them, do you want any?" It wasnt what she said it was the way she said it I just wanted more information about why there has been such a low supply.

Took my dog here for a grooming awhile back. Made an appointment a week before for the morning. They took in every walk in and groomed their dogs before they even began on my dog. My poor dog spent 8 hours locked up in a kennel without food or being put out to relieve himself. Made a complaint to management and it felt like it fell on deaf ears.

PetSmart of Greenbrier is a great place for pets! I take my dog here for grooming (nail trims) and the staff is always friendly and handle my anxious pup nicely! I enjoy getting the discounts/coupons via email. I have always had a positive experience at this place.

Poor cats in theit cages...the section smelled and looked like their litter boxes hadnt been cleaned in days :(
