Though a bit more expensive than larger chains, the staff here is super friendly and helpful. They have cats you can adopt at the front of the store that they let out twice a day to clean their cages and you can pet them, great for kids. They also have bathing booths to clean your pets for a fee, and provide soap for you. I went in to get pet food for my parents dig that I was petsitting and the knowledgable younger woman helped me choose a better food. She didnt pressure me to make a sale, just explained every so Id understand it and let me make up my mind. Overall, Id say if you want a good customer experience, this is a great place for you to shop for pet food and supplies.
