We took our dog there before and it was fine. The haircut was okay. On Tuesday, Sept 28th I called that morning to get an appt. to have our dog groomed again. I got a message saying that they were "busy" and to leave a message and someone would call us back. No one called! So on Friday, Oct.3rd I went there in person with my dog to see if we could get in that morning. The woman, i assume the groomer, told me it was impossible because she was too busy and had to leave early. Well she certainly wasnt busy grooming. She was busy sitting and talking to someone else behind the counter. Now, I know it was a long shot to walk in and get an appt. but this woman was doing nothing. So I schedule with her at 9am for Saturday, the next day. I bring my dog in and they have no recollection of the appt. I saw her write it down the day before and she even took my name and contact number. But today they acted as if they had never seen me before. Also they insisted that i fax my dog s shot records from Dog and Cat. After i told her that we had been there before and that they should have that info already she replied that they must have lost the info on my dog. So they take my dog after all that. HERES THE BEST PART!!!! I pick my dog up today and he was not groomed. THEY DID NOT CUT HIS HAIR!!! THEY WASHED HIM AND THAT WAS IT. AFTER WE DISCUSSED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE!!! I CAN WASH MY DOG AT HOME, HE WAS THERE TO BE FULLY GROOMED!!! This place is the worst!!!! We wont go back and i will never recommend them to anyone who needs to have their pets groomed. When you complain to the owner of MUDDY PAWS she simply says that the grooming side is not hers and she is not responsible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HASSLE!!!!

Took my dog there, and thought the groomer to be very caring. He was nice, and caring. I was a walk in, and yes, they treated me great. I then went to get my dog, and her hair was flawless. I loved it. There was only once that I thought someone there to be rude, when they suggested I leave a tip of their pricing, but I always do leave a tip, just do not let the people say what amount that tip would be. But it was a great cut, so I tipped like I should. I then got home, that is when I noticed my dog had favored one of her feet. I thought that maybe they had cut the nail a little too short, but as I had seen no blood or anything, I figure it would get better and I was SO WRONG! By Sunday, she was soo bad, I had to take her to emergency vet. There they had said that she had torn a ligament in her leg, and would have to have surgery. As she is the most loving and kind hearted animal I have known, I had no choice but to schedule a surgery. When I asked the vet about the groomers, they said, that since it happened then, the likelihood was very high that it happened there. I know it did, and if I EVER get proof, I would sue them so fast they would not know what hit them. But, though I am VERY displeased with them, I have to focus on my poor little dog. I will never go in this place again, and will never allow anyone I know to do the same. They should have told me if there was a problem, instead they sent me home without telling me.

When first interviewing at muddy paws, its took almost 3 weeks to hear back from them. After expressing that I had other job offers they called and offered me a job. As the time went on the owner, who stays in the office every day except to come back and ask every one what they were doing began to treat employees around me very poorly. People were asked what other people had done for the day, told they were not getting raises if they did not make different personal life style choices. And were let go for being injured. One person was told she could not answer the phones because she had an accent that was unprofessional. The kennels are all rusted and the dogs are kept in the kennels for too long during the day for "daycare." Dogs that are unaltered are kept in their kennels for most of the day and let out maybe 3 times for 5 minutes each. The place where unaltered dogs are let out is called the rotation yard and that leaks into the kennels on the other side of the wall. This leads to pets laying in other dogs feces and urine when it is cleaned. Muddy paws is a complete health code and HR disaster! I warn anyone who wants to work kennel to go to a hospital or a better kept daycare. Do not bring your pet here and do not work there if you have a choice!

I decided to go in there to get some cat things, and even though the website said they had things for cat, the selection was very small and barely even worth it. it was about 10% cat things to 90% dog :/ I have no problems with the dogs, not at all. But if your website says cats, I expect there to be cats. We still managed to find some nice all natural food for cats, and even a toy. Though they had absolutely no cat collars, and what looked like a whole wall of dog collars. We were in there for about 10 minutes, and the woman sitting at the computer on facebook never once asked if we needed help, even though we were very obviously having trouble finding what we were looking for...And when i approached her to find something, she gave me a snooty look, pointed in some vague direction and said it was over there. When we finally decided to leave, it took her almost five minutes just to ring through our four cans of cat food and a toy, since she kept messing around with her phone in the middle of it :/ The fact that I heard her tell her friend that came in after us that my fiance is a poor n-word with no money and no job only cinched the fact that I wont be going back to that terrible place. Not even worth the space they are taking up.

I would honestly give zero stars if I could. The staff was very nice. But I did not get what I paid for. It was an extra $10 for the de shedding and as you can see from the pictures my cats where not de shed. This was just from one of my cats. When I got home and noticed she was still shedding the same amount of hair as when I dropped her off I called and the lady I spoke with told me, after speaking to her manager, that I could bring my cats in later for a free brush out. The problem is I am leaving for two week. So I have to bring them in after that. I and just very displeased. I wasnt there while they where washing my cats, but I the only difference is their fur is soft and smells good. But they are shedding the same amount of fur as they always do. After spending $110 to have my cats groomed I am very disappointed. I ended up spending five minutes brushing one of my cats and those pictures where the product of that. Very very disappointed.
