I looked at every single florist in Austin to look for Anemone and I was not able to find any until I stumbled across King Florist, I made sure to do my research to learn more about the company and heard great things about it. I had originally ordered 200 anemone coming out to almost $323.67 but later decreased my order to 50 for $113.29 including the extra charge for decreasing my order and got great help with doing that. As closer as my time was to pick up the flowers, the more exited I was. I was just so happy to get my hands on them since they were really hard to find and was ready to get the best quality of flowers based on the reviews. When I was finally on my way to get them I had gotten a call letting me know that they closed the store but they were still going to be there waiting for me to pick up the flowers. I tried rushing there as fast as I could! When I finally got there I received 50 brown dying flowers with MOLD on them! I never thought such beautiful flowers could look so disastrous! It was ridiculous! and for the price? The only reason I would even give 1 star is because of the customer service, everyone was lovely and helped me out but the flowers were so disappointing. I didnt even notice until I got home since I was in a rush to get there so they didnt have to be waiting for me long and I can just say that when I saw them at home I cried. They just looked so horrible. I added pictures so you can see that I am not exaggerating and the occasion I got this for made me feel even worse because I cant even give these for my loved one. Im going empty handed and have never felt so bad in my life. Out of 50 flowers i would say that only 10 came out decent enough to give and even then $113 for 10 flowers is not a price you want to pay. Greatly disappointed and making sure I never order from here again, will spread the word. *Update* I got a call the next day after submitting my review from the company to apologize for my experience and had said it was due to the flowers "off season" but even then made sure and clarified that for a five star company that takes care of big events like weddings, things like these cant happen and if they were to know a flower was "off season" to make sure they let their customers know in advance so this wont happen again. They apologized furtherly and gave me a full refund on my order. Overall like I said the customer service is great and the fact that they made a full refund shows that they really keep their word in quality service so I made sure to bump up my rating from one star to five starts but overall I will addd that if you are considering ordering flowers here just make sure you call and ask if they are off season or the expectation of the quality of the flowers during certain times of the year. Also edited the prices and submitted pictures of the prices*** Not lying about extra fees. Make sure you know exactly how many you want to avoid that.

I didnt know such amazing things could be done with flowers! I walked into their new shop and was blown away with the artful arrangements they had prepared. I immediately new I had come to the right place. I was able to directly speak with the owner about what I was looking for and he set me up with an appointment to come in and have a consultation to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Our consultation was with Linsey, who was very professional, personal, and very knowledgeable about colors, styles, etc... She made some very good suggestions that made my wife and I feel very good about the purchase. She went back and forth with my wife a few times via email and over the phone to make sure everything was perfect and within our budget. The day of the wedding the flowers were delivered by Linsey herself, and the whole thing went off without a hitch. When we go back and look through all of our wedding pictures we still marvel at the beauty of all the flowers, no exaggeration (especially my Grandmother,lol). All in all, Benoits King Florist is a top-notch place for anything and everything flowers. From the second you walk in the door to the time of pick up or delivery, everything is handled with the utmost professionalism. You can tell they are on the cutting edge in the florist industry. Go to King Florist, they are indeed, the King of Flowers! Thank you Benoit, Linsey, and the Crew!

4 reviews 1.0 star rating 6/14/2016 I have been shopping at King Florist for a number of years, I always purchased concrete planters from there for my home garden and recommend them to anyone who asks for arrangements and deliveries. Today I went in again to check out the store and ask about where the pots were manufactured so that I could be a conscious consumer and make sure they werent of child labor or terrible for the environment. They declined to give me that information so I left slightly upset saying I wouldnt be able to send referrals anymore. Next thing I know a short man is at my car window, I roll it down halfway to hear what he had to say and he yells at me for leaving the front door open stating, "we have to pay for AC". I did not know that their door wouldnt close itself and because of his aggressive body language and tone of voice, I flipped him off. I started rolling back up my window and he TRIED TO SWING A FIST AT ME INTO MY CAR. He then tried to pull the handle open, but luckily the door was locked. He then took out his phone to take a picture of my license plate as If I had done something wrong that he wanted to report. I have never been physically threatened like this by a business and I certainly didnt expect it from a flower shop.

I ordered the "My Girl" arrangement for my girlfriend and had it delivered the Friday prior to Valentines, for an early gift. Kings Florist gave me a call to double check my order, which was very cool of them to do. It is awesome to know that they really want to insure customer satisfaction. Well, they arrived Friday afternoon and my girlfriend was extremely happy with the gift. Although she did not know many of the flowers, (I can not even pronounce the flower names) she loved them! They were arranged beautifully and held my girlfriends 2 year old daughters interest (I think the little one was jealous :) I recommend this place for great gifts to those you love. I think I will order some tulips and orchids for her next time. Keep up the awesome work King Florist!

I am so happy I found King Florist! I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday and was so impressed. The arrangement was full or orchids and of course was absolutely breath taking, but the customer service was unbeatable. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. I know nothing of flowers and am always apprehensive ordering because I feel I dont know what I am sending. Well the lady I spoke with at King Florist walked me though everything step by step and was really able to help find something that would work. I told her that my friend loves orchids and they let the designer create a custom arrangement. My friend sent me a picture and I was in awe. Thank you King Florist for making my friends day! This is definitely my florist from now on!
