I placed an order with 1-800 flowers and they subcontracted their order to this horrible shop. I was trying to surprise my girlfriend with an $80 bouquet of sunflowers at her work for our anniversary. However, the delivery woman showed up to her work at 5:15. They proceeded to contact her to deliver the flowers to our house, ruining the surprise altogether. I called 1-800 flowers to request a partial credit since I paid for same day service, and they agreed to a partial credit. The owner after hearing about this, turns the delivery woman around as she is turning onto my street. I called and got my money back, and spoke with the owner of this shop. He proceeded to chew me out, saying 1-800 flowers refused to pay him and he wasnt giving away a bouquet for free. He went on to say I wasnt his customer but instead I was 1-800 flowers customer and to take it up with them. Some way to run a business. So not only did he completely ruin an important surprise, my girlfriend didnt get any flowers on our anniversary. I refuse to do any business with this company and strongly urge you to stay AWAY!!!

This was a creepy place. When I went in nobody was in the store and all the lights were out. There was random stuff laying on the tables and a bunch of balloons on the ceiling...this was a run down dump. I didnt see any flowers, I was just going in for a balloon since my other one popped in the heat. Cheap balloon for eighty cents, he didnt ring it up, just handed me five cents back... Weird place compared to where I work.
