As a florist for over 26 years I tried... notice the word TRIED to order flowers from this company today.( I must say this is the first time I have ever been so mad that I went to google to write a review) I SPOKE TO THE DESIGNER AND APPARENTLY i ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY 100.00+ DELIVERY + TAX ORDER... I asked what color roses were coming in... if they had french tulips etc. all she could tell me was they had a variety of flowers coming in... not what I wanted...when I got mad enough to tell her I woud use someone else she said "Good" I guess that kind of money is just not good enough for her. If I was the owner of that shop and knew my employee spoke to ANYONE like that they would be gone! In my opinion... call some one else... ANY ONE else but Razzel Dazzel... bad bad customer service!

Thank you for the beautiful bouquet of flowers. Your Company sent me for making sure our neighbor, received her Valentines gift. I did not receive Valentine flowers this year. Not because my husband does not love me! I know he loves me as much as the day we married. He is a Vietnam combat soldier with PTSD and dementia. So when he forgets to send flowers for Holidays he used to always remember. I remember all the roses I received in the he past and love him so much for all the wonderful years we have had and pray for many more. He thought he, sent the lovely flowers on Monday. I hope you dont mind! Thank you so so very much!!!!!

We recently had a arrangement done by Razzle Dazzle for the first time. A friends father of ours had passed away and we wanted something special. We purchased a wind chime and hanger and took it into the location for some flowers to be added to it for display. They did an AMAZING JOB! It was so beautiful! Clara made it look like the chime was hanging in a garden. The family and many guests raved about its look. Thanks Clara and Razzle Dazzle for making our sad day so special. I went in this morning not knowing what I wanted and picked out some flowers and ask her to work her magic. They turned out amazing my fiance was ecstatic about them. They are very personable here and make you feel like a friend (which is hard to come by in AZ). The price was $75 I looked online at different places before coming in and if I would of ordered these online it would of been $100+ with delivery. This is my new go to florist shop. A+++++

Ive used Razzle Dazzle for 3 years now and theyre awesome!! I always wait until Valentines Day to get my wife flowers and they are always able to get a beautiful bouquet delivered same day for a reasonable price. They also offer chocolate, balloons, and stuffed animals for when those special days sneak up on you and you have nothing! Plus theyre locally owned and Im all about supporting our local businesses.

Dont remember the ladys name i got to talk to but she was very understanding in what i needed to get for my x girlfriend and listened to my story and gave me advice in what i needed to purchase with my situation. I just cant say enough GREAT things about these ladies!! I live out of state and order flowers to be delivered to my Aunt. From my first order to the many since, they are always so very pleasant and HELPFUL! The arrangements are lovely and they last, the person that delivers them is also very pleasant! Top notch service and product! We just had them do 20 arrangements for our daughters wedding reception and they far exceeded our expectations. I needed Mothers Day flowers in a pinch delivered to my mom (who was visiting there) - and they didnt disappoint! They were super easy to order from over the phone (Im in Florida), descriptive on what we were getting and on time with delivery. They were awesome!
