I had my issues with this company in September 2014 when they quoted me a price on a 2007 Pacifica. I was told a price and had arranged for financing through their "everyone gets financed" option and we agreed on a price. Well a couple of things happened all at the same time. First was the engine cradle wouldnt pass inspection and they had to replace it and I wouldnt agree to a price increase of $2200 for parts and $800 for labor. I was told the lady who gave me a price quote had errors and was fired. So some other lady took over the financing. I was told that if I added the extra "warranty" I would be okay and we agreed on another amount. Then I was told the dealership wouldnt make any money based off of charges from the financing company. I am the reason they added two price quotes to their page, one for cash and one for financing. I got messed over so no one else does. My recommendations to the company: #1. Inspect a vehicle before you price it, I was baited with once price then it switched to a different price for same vehicle #2. Once a price is set, you should honor it. #3 if an employee does make an error, your company should honor it (sacrificial firing doesnt help me) #4 when your company isnt going to make as much money as you wanted because of errors you and your company made, accept your responsibility. My recommendations to everyone else: #1 go somewhere else.

I didnt know that Florida Fine also did service work until Steve, who also owns Get-R-Done Automotive, sent me here when his other shop was booked. Over time I have come to trust and rely on Brian the manager of FFC just as much as Steve. Because of these gents my 98 Ford F150 performs better and is safer to drive than the day I bought it 4 years ago. Recently Brians team replaced my radiator and heater core... my heat completely failed -- seems like a prior owner plugged my system with some kind of leak stop product. My heat now works better than the day I bought the truck. The work done here is careful, thoughtful and detail oriented. Brian and Steve never seem to charge me standard labor hours... I think I owe them a weeks worth of labor charges since Ive been coming here. When I wrote a review for Get-R-Done some time ago, I said Id trust Steve to hold my wallet. Id say the same for Brian also. Thanks guys!

Bought a 2005 Chevy Impala for $4200 well below what I could find on Kelly or around town. A check engine light came on after a week. I called my salesman Joe he sent me to a service center they use down the road. Turned out it was a faulty gas cap they replaced it free of charge. Very pleasant staff sales and service I believe there linked somehow. In addiition the service center gives me a discount on all future repairs if needed. I would recommend as it was the cheapest nice car I could find under $5000 All around good experience.

Was sold a car that wouldnt pass NYS inspection. Was told things would be corrected before delivery (A/C was broke, engine fan never turned off, weather stripping was broken, tires, brakes, and they used a sharpie marker to cover scratches) Had to go to the Attorney General to have the vehicle fixed properly. Whole front and rear suspension was replaced, new tires, a new rim. Now my windshield is cracked all the way across. I found out that the frame is bent. The car was not to be sold ever.

Awesome place! The staff is great and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I recently had a bad experience with another dealer where the car had to be returned. The owner of FFC, Stephen, went the extra mile to assure us that we would have a good experience with him. He throughly went over our new vehicle and made us positive that everything was mechanically sound and that the car was pristine. These guys really care about their customers and do quality work!

I was surprised by there massive inventory for a Watertown car lot. My credit is not good but they still got me in a killer F-150 and with a decent interest rate. I had been turned down by two of the larger dealerships. Thanks to Tasha and Steve for all there patients and honesty would recommend to all very laid back approach to a car dealership. A+++

Bought a car here and a week later it broke down. I called to see if I could get a little money back or trade in the car. The man there was very rude to me and hung up on my face.... I did not get anything back.

They sold me a truck thats had nothing but problems. 3 days after I bought it, it broke down. Worst place to buy a vehicle from. They have screwed over soldiers and working on getting them black listed
