I bought a 2012 Dodge Caravan from the car store on 01/24/14. I immediately had an issue with the engine but was told it would be fixed by the service department. I drove the vehicle back to service department and they said the vehicle was under factory warranty and take it to the dealer. I was told by my salesman Taron that he would do whatever was needed to help me get the vehicle repaired and even told me i would receive a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was repaired. Several months later and 20 phone calls to the car store, the vehicle is still not repaired and the manager Mike told me that the car store does not provide loaner vehicles and my vehicle is under factory warranty and it is not the car stores problem. The car store sold me a vehicle that had a known engine problem and told me they would help me get it repaired.Watch out for these people all they sell are fleet, rental auction vehicles and do not stand behind what they sell. Also had to make several long trips back to Salisbury due to the salesman not obtaining the correct paperwork and not mentioning to me that I was required to get the Vehicle VIN checked at the DMV. Do not buy from these liars they will do whatever it takes to get your money then forget about you when there is an issue. Do your self a favor and Google the reviews and stay away.

Salemans are liars tell you what you want to hear to sign on dotted lines. Made promises about missing items from vehicle (manual, mats, wiper cover, key) being replaced when picked up tags. Had dead tags for 21 days because they "forgot" to file temporary tag and title paperworkwith mva when purchased (filed them 27 days after purchase) Saleman and finance manager added themselves as references. Deal fell through and they told me to bring vehicle back then told me if did they would put judgement against me for vehicle price. Then they changed their minds and said they would finance in house, promised statements 4 months later have not received anything other then calls threatening myself and references because they now dont want to hold financing. Where have my payments went, when do the lies stop! HIRED AN ATTORNEY SO YOU MAY WANT TO GET YOUR STORIES IN LINE REALLY FAST! ALSO REPORTED YOU TO MVA AND CUONSUMER PROTECTION FOR CONTRACT FRAUD!!!! Run away from this place, LIES LIES! Oh and as if thats not enough, they also waiting 20+ days to tell me financing was an issue with lender so I was stuck with them as financer!

Ive never posted anything like this before, but my experience was/is horrible. I think that we forget that they are Used car salesmen, looking to make a sale, and they want you to buy. St.Clair was the salesman that talked me into buying a car that cut off three times within the first hour of me having the car. Ive gone back to them time and time again to get the matter fixed and each time Ive gotten a different reason as to why the car stalls on the highway. Imagine driving on the highway at 65mph and your car cuts off endangering your life and the life of others on the road and the place where you bought the car wont listen to what you have to say and comes up with their own reasons, eventually coming to the conclusion that what i said on the first day was actually the problem. Im sure theyre all really nice people there, just trying to make a living, but when confronted about the conditions of the cars they sale, they become very rude and impractical. No one wants to admit to selling a bad product, but putting someones life in danger should take precedent over a check for a sale.

unprofessional, when MIKE the sale person laughs at you for asking questions and trying to come to agreement on down payments and payment options...... In todays economy hardworking people do not have the best credit at times and have red marks that may need to be cleared. However I do not think it is acceptable for a sales person to laugh at a customer and any questions that they present to them about billing and vehicles! I rather deal with a company that is has sales people with people skills.............. I hate to see anyone fall but this company needs to reconsider their sales people and training them to be outstanding customer service providers! I will not under any circumstances refer this company to anyone I know! I will make it known in my local community not to deal with this company , because of the poor customer service reps!

My husband and I went in today to buy a mini-van I had seen on the website on the under $10,000 tab. We were helped by Cedric. He was great, had my husband test drive the van while I sat w/ the kids. And Cedric even gave the kids a balloon :) Well Cedric did tell us there was good and bad news. The bad news was that my husbands credit score was lower than we had thought, so we would have to pay more :( But, between trading in our old van and putting money down today and bringing the rest of the down payment next time, we could take our new vehicle home. He helped in every way he could and he was phenomenal, it was just on our part was the only downer. But through it all, I still rate our experience a 5. We were able to still walk away w/ the vehicle I feel in love w/ when I found it online :) My husband also loves it, and so do the kids.

I had heard some negative reviews about this place so I was hesitant at first to even call in. My fears were quickly put to rest! Matt was super helpful and answered all of my concerns before I set foot through the door! I was immediately greeted by a sales person when I pulled on their lot and Derek assisted me throughout the financing process which took a while, but he was so knowledgeable and friendly it didnt seem long at all! I was able to trade my old car for a 2013 Jetta at a good rate and payment plan. I was so happy, I couldnt believe how wonderful everyone was. Ill be back for my next car purchase and to tell everyone I know about how great my experience was!! Thanks guys!

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They make promises that they dont intend to keep. I bought a twenty seven thousand dollar car and was promised that the ac buttons would be fixed and that the latch on the sunroof would be fixed it has now been four months and nothing has been repaired. I also had to put new tires on it within two weeks of owning the car because they sold me a car with dryrotted tires. Do you and your family a favor stay away. I dont know how they have such a high review on this site. Check out theyr Facebook page its totally different.
